The shower was excellent not sensitive or cold ( unless you made cold ) the bed was super cozy but I tried the bed heater but it didn’t work . One more thing about comfort was waking up it was freezing and made it feel like home. Also it was located greatly close to everything. The product like soap or shampoo were amazing 5 star for that!!! But the freezer when I put the ice blocks in they were mushy and uneatable unless a slushy. But for me 5 star the comfort was so amazing and if we come back to Naracoorte we are staying here no question Luca

I had a wonderful stay at the Naracoorte Hotel Motel. The location is unbeatable — right in the center of town, making it easy to walk to nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. It’s a great base for exploring the area, and the convenience of having dining options just steps away is a big plus. Highly recommend for both comfort and location!

While the rear door entry could be better maintained, it didn’t affect our stay as we didn’t need to use it.

I didn't realise you were open for breakfast? I'm sure the last time I stayed there I was told you didn't do breakfast? I will remember this for next time. The dinner is always nice. The room is good. Plenty of parking space for my large plant trailer out the back. Great service in general - thank you.

The shower curtain was old and dirty, also not enough water coming out of the shower.

The Hotel is in the middle of downtown - and is a lovely Victorian-era building. There was good parking right outside my motel unit. Food in the tavern was good and reasonably priced with a great selection of beers.

When I checked in I asked what time they did Dinner in the Tavern, they told me - but might have advised me too book a table! So I had to wait for a table to clear and then service was quite slow. To be fair they were very busy from a Monday night!. There was good wifi in the room and in the main building - but I could not find out the password until the next morning.

We were a small group who booked three rooms for our trip. The check-in process was easy, with all very comfy rooms, with great amenities, and fabulous on-site dining and refreshment options. The rooms were detached from the main hotel, well insulated, and recently refurbished, so all the necessary amenities were available, including wind glasses, and small kitchenette.

A little narrow to access the bathrooms, gut otherwise great place to stay.

Yes the room was a little on the small size, but I only wanted a clean comfortable bed to sleep in for the night and it was also needed a nice hot shower and it was. The room was very clean and compact. The staff were friendly. We’ve stayed before and will stay again. Thank you

If there was anything it would be the shower floor was a bit slippery. A shower mat would help but likewise would probably be stolen. You learn to be careful when you are of the older generation.

The property is conveniently located at one of the local hotels and although the main building is undergoing major renovations and this caused some confusion regarding check in and check out, the rooms were recently renovated and attractive. The bathroom was of an unusual layout but worked quite well for us, maybe not so well for people with mobility issues.

Refrigeration noise from the hotel would disturb some. It needs to be better insulated and this could easily be done during the renovations.

The room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Meal ordered was very average. Salad on plate visibly old inedible. A little noisy.

Close proximity to the shops. Convenient to the hotel for dinner. Clean spacious room. Great water pressure in the shower.

Funny narrow little door to the shower and toilet. I'm not sure if all rooms are like that, but it wouldn't stop me staying there again.

We stayed on a Saturday night. The motel is very close to the hotel. The music from the party was very loud and didn’t stop until midnight and the loud voices continued after that. Finally all quiet at 1am. Risky staying on a Saturday night.
