Nice check-in experience. There were ample parking spaces. The Internet speed was high (50 Mbps download and 7 Mbps upload). The desks in the room were clean. The breakfast was OK.

The sound isolation was not very good. There were all kinds of activities (noise) late at night. I also found a bottle of code from the previous guest in the refrigerator.

We always stay here as we travel thru Van Horn, at least twice a year. The outdoors part of the hotel is a little off-putting but the interior and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. They welcome your dogs with no extra charge and have a nice grassy area in the courtyard for the dogs. The staff are always helpful and polite!

I loved staying here because it was clean, bed was comfortable, great WiFi, had all the usual amenities but wasn't a cookie cutter hotel, good breakfast, nice employees, easy to get to, and a great value! Half the price of all the bland cookie cutter hotels.

I honestly don't have any complaints. Very happy with my stay.

We needed an accessible room. The proprietor greeted us on arrival. Our room was on first floor and she took us to point out a parking place was reserved right outside the rear door only a few steps from our indoor room. Very convenient, accessible and clean. The buildings and grounds are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable. A bargain for the price.

The room was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. I have had better. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was okay.

The ground were very dirty. The room had something ripped off the wall. So the paint was peeling and patches of paint missing. Room overlooked the dirty courtyard.

Breakfast was fine, but one single guy was doing everything, including the front desk, so you had to be waiting on him to refill the supplies. He was doing his best, nice person, but he just needed help.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, pets stay free (ours is quiet and well-behaved), very clean, easy access, and free breakfast. The price was really good, surprisingly good. This wasn’t the first time we’d stayed there , and I see improvements every time we stop.

Not a thing, I was happy with everything. It’s not the Ritz-Carleton, but for a place to rest on a road trip, and at an impressively reasonable price, I have no complaints at all.

Luxurious, no. Comfortable, clean, and friendly staff yes. We stayed just for the night driving through. Fine location, room had a fridge and a microwave. Would recommend for anyone just needing a place to crash for the night.

Outside was run down, but rooms were nice

At check in the front desk agent was so sweet. We arrived after 1am, she offered cold waters. I had asked for extra pillows and they were already in the room. The room was spacious, had a loveseat in there which was nice. Having the larger fridge was useful too! The facility was decorated so festive for Halloween.
