The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The A/C was very cold. The mobility accessible bathroom has a nice shower chair that made it easy for my sister to be able to transfer to from her wheelchair.

The soap dispensers in the bathroom put out tiny drops of soap when pressed. Was happy I had my own soap with me. The floor in the mobility accessible bathroom needs an extra drain in the floor. The entire floor floods when showering since the floor is wheelchair accessible.

Recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased! The rooms are clean, cozy and well equipped - everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, check in and check out was quick and hassle free. I will definitely come back here again and confidently recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciates comfort, cleanliness and quality service!

It was clean, reasonable and had restaurants within walking distance.

The employee that was there the night of who stated I didn’t have a reservation, and that it was cancelled because of late arrival. I sent a note and explained the timeframe I would arrive, and I did in fact arrive at that time. She made me pay more than what I had to for booking. It was a lot of stuff on top of that, but luckily the next morning, it was rectified by the manager.

I have one child and 4 grandchildren, so I understand children on vacation, having a good time, and I don't blame the hotel for this, but kids ran up and down the hall, literally screaming and laughing until late in the night. Without that one problem, I think it would have been a good stay. One other small detail that the designer obviously overlooked - the toilet paper is behind you.???

Clean and comfortable. Good location with easy access to interstate and close to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and room was large.

Our room was freezing upon arrival as thermostat was set at 67. It was late and it took quite a while to get the room more comfortable temperature for us. Not very good water pressure in the shower.

Short, sweet stay. They keep costs down with no pool, no breakfast or no fitness center. The price was amazing; it was super clean, spacious enough and comfortable.Staff was helpful and friendly. There is a microwave and fridge with freezer as well as many restaurants nearby. Would stay again.

Antoinette the reception was very nice and hospitable. As soon as you entered it smelled and looked clean. Bed was comfortable and the ac/heating worked. Good water pressure in the shower. Woke up and Waffle House was next door. Parking was easy. No noise.

I liked it. It was a good price for a 1 night stay.

This appears to be a brand new hotel. Or recently and completely remodeled. I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was located nearby a lot of conveniences. GREAT price!

People kept coming in and out of the back door (right next to my room) and going up the stairs. They would slam both doors. The vending machines need credit card swipers. There's not enough light in the bathroom. The refrigerator is too loud.

This hotel had been recently renovated due to hurricane damage. We had to make a last minute, late in the night change of hotel plans, and we were able to get a room immediately. Hotel was clean, right off Interstate 10, and staff was very friendly. Would stay at this hotel again if needed to.

The only complaint I would have would be not having a continental breakfast. There is a Waffle House directly next door, but not everyone has the extra money to spend for the breakfast cost during their stay. And maybe have a small coffee maker and pods in the room for morning coffee in your room. Otherwise, everything was fine regarding the stay.
