We came to Sulphur to watch our grandchild play baseball at the ESPN field. Location was great very close to baseball field. Room was wonderful. no complaints. We had my service dog with us, and we had no problems with the hotel as far as dog was concerned. Thank you

accessible room is 1st floor, close to entrance & ice, breakfast & laundry which means I don’t have to leave my disabled husband alone for long. loved the complementary laundry facilities !!! staff warm, welcoming & very responsive to any & all concerns.

my hubby is 6’2” & post-stroke with motor disability. the only chairs in the room are a comfy but low to ground upholstered chair & a rolling desk chair. I do not have a vehicle to bring his power wheelchair that we use at home. usually stay here but had to stay at Hampton in once when couldn’t get a room at BW; they had a high firm sofa in the room with small pullover table that worked really well, but their accessible room is upstairs & down a long hall🥴… and we like the BW.

Friendly Young lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful in getting us a king sized bed. The room was clean, great shower and comfortable bedding?

Not many breakfast options. No biscuits or gravy. Sausage undercooked. Instant oatmeal. Just not tasty. Coffee was great though!

The location was great! 10 min from Casinos. Bed was comfortable. The bath product was very handy in the bathroom. The water pressure was great in the shower. Customer service was also great. Price was affordable . Breakfast was good, plenty of choices.

Multiple charges were made on my card for 1night stay and the front desk couldn’t explain why. My money wasn’t refunded. The totally was $500. The front desk staff was rude telling me I had to go and get out the room when I was trying to pay for another nights stay.

Upgrade over most motels. Although the milk may have been soured near our departure date. But otherwise, I haven't enjoyed chex cereals at any other motel. Yea! The free meatloaf meal on our arrival date was a most pleasant and greatly appreciated surprise. Way to go! We checked in and the maid left us be for the entire duration of out stay. Thank you. The room was very clean and we left her a nice tip.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NEAT. THE ROOM WAS ALSO A GOOD SIZE. THE LOCATION IS GREAT RIGHT OFF INTERSTATE BIG PARKING LOT. ALSO THEY HAVE EATING PLACES NEAR IF YOU ARE HUNGRY. THE BATHROOM WAS CLEAN AND NICE SIZE.

Arrive in the midst of remodeling and workers were considerate of time of day. Staff was friendly and room were clean and the bed was comfortable. Loved that they allowed dogs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was quite good.

There was a water leak in the bathroom of our room. Had I been staying more than one night, I'd have wanted to be moved to a different room.

The price was as an excellent value considering there it had great? Easy to navigate road access off of a major interstate, it was two blocks or so from several big box stores and other retail businesses, close to several food options chain, the bed was AMAZING and the breakfast was completely way more than I'd ever expected. I was very impressed by that. My son and I will be in the area a few times a year and I think this hotel has earned another visit. 😁
