I loved that we were close to Spar Water park and the hotel is beautiful and relaxing. I enjoyed everything about the hotel but I will not pay for breakfast again. The cookies are better.

For $15 per person breakfast could have been much better. I have been to lower budget hotels that had more of a variety. The orange juice didn't taste fresh and the cinnamon rolls weren't fully baked. The grits weren't hot and the waffles looked good when we cooked them but when you put syrup on them the texture changed to mush.

The guy that was working the afternoon we got there was phenomenal. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. Any questions we asked he always answered them to the best of his ability. It wasn't anything that I would change about my stay. Very much pleased!

Convenient location to I-10 surrounded by other hotels. Recent remodel updated the look. Rooms were extra large. Loved the power window shades with black out curtain for darkening the room for nap time.

No hot water the second evening but that was corrected the following day. The extra large room needed a couch or an additional chair for more seating. The room had a empty feel to it.

The breakfast had a great selection. The hotel was very clean and seemed very new or well maintained.

The check in guest was trying to charge us for breakfast when the booking stated breakfast was included. Eventually they gave us vouchers for the breakfast so we didn’t have to pay 17 bucks extra. Besides that , everything was perfect.

Wonderful location, staff was so lovely and very comforting, beds were great, food was delicious!

The bathrooms could’ve been cleaned better, ours smelled moldy and I saw dark hairs that weren’t ours, yellow rings around the toilet and the lid was broken. Either a good update or different cleaning technique.

I liked the decor in the hotel and the comfy bed.

Our microwave didn't work, the fridge was not getting really cold, the towels we had in the bathroom were thrown together, around the toilet was blond hair everywhere, and the shower had soap stains all on the glass, like it wasn't cleaned, and the room lamp was extremely dusty and the bathroom as well, when I used the hair dryer dust flew everywhere and it's so crazy that breakfast cost guest $15 dollars.

I did not eat breakfast and the location was good.

The shower was very narrow. Between the safety bar on the wall and the glass doors, couldn’t have been more than 18-20”. Not enough room for a man to comfortably take a shower.

Because of the recent repairs and remodel work (necessary after hurricane damage) there were a few amenities missing like ice machines and the bar and resturant were closed. But staff members were friendly and apologetic and did what they could to meet our requests.
