The address on Booking.com is not correct. The property is on NORTH Lakeshore. There is also a Lakeshore Drive in Lake Charles, so the address given took us to a parking garage. If we hadn’t thought to use the hotel website for new directions, we never would have found it.

Very convenient for me, excellent location, you can catch the most beautiful sunset out there. Super recommended.

The view of the lake was beautiful! When we booked our room we was not expecting such a beautiful property. They have walking trails that you can walk and enjoy! Great for pets and a great place to relax. They had many different places to eat and in walking distance. Loved the stay and the staff was very friendly. The room was so spacious and very clean. Was a great value also.

There was a smell coming from somewhere that was unpleasant, Not sure if it was related to the furnace or where it came from. Did not smell it in the room itself but was in the hallway? Could have been gas related also.

Customer service was truly exceptional. We did have a small hick-up, but it was dealt with swiftly as possible, with courtesy, and kindness. Breakfast had a wide variety of delicious food and beverage options available with lovely presentation. The location has been one of my favorites in this city as well.

The pool needed cleaning so we didn’t get to use it. Bad habit though it is, as a smoker I respect no smoking hotels, but always hope to find a sitting area away from the doors, instead of the often found bench and ashtray just outside of an entryway.

I wish there was a TV in the sitting part of the suite. I wanted to watch while eating a late lunch . I had to eat on my bed. Wouldve been great if a Tv was in the little sitting area so I couldve eaten there instead

The property was very clean along with the rooms very nice and very clean.The staff was very helpful and friendly.The Marco is right across the street from the lake with ducks and waterfall also they have a memorial park by the lake.we will definitely be back to this hotel.we also had a room facing the lake.we were very pleased with our stay and the breakfast was excellent

The pool was indoors ,which is nice but it was extremely hot inside the pool room,need more ventilation.

The property was reasonably priced, my room was clean and comfortable and spacious. The staff were exceptional. Welcoming, friendly and just so kind and helpful.

Some areas were a bit tired like the pool and stairs but you can see the property is being renovated.

It’s very convenient, clean, up to date. Renovated and updated in the last year. Breakfast is hot and has all the extras, like waffles cereal fruit, coffee juice milk and lots of coffee. We have stayed there 4 times over the last 2 years and been very happy with the accommodations and the perrsonnel. I rate it very high and very reasonably priced.

Great clean and spacious hotel - the location suited us fine and was close to the beautiful historic area. The lady on nights was so helpful and accomodating. The rooms were so clean and new. Size of the room surprisingly big. While we didn’t use the pool - it was great to see a disabled access to the pool was available for those who need it.

Being picky - the beds could do with an upgrade they were below the rest of the rooms standard. Guest washers need to be cleaned a little too

We arrived late at night after a long day of driving. We didn't plan to stay in Lake Charles but it was too late to continue. We booked at Marco hotel and really happy we did! Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was very big, with 2 very comfortable beds, good water pressure in the shower. Accross the road from the lake and you can go for a stroll on the path next to it. Very quiet and peaceful. Will return here if i'm back in the area.
