The bathroom smelled,the people above me made noise until 5 a m I didn't sleep,and I was bitten up by something don't know what but arm is swollen ,breakfast consist of muffins and dry cereal for an 87.00 stay

I didn't like anything. I stayed for over 2 weeks unfortunately and they were still trying to charge my debit card over a week after I was gone, on top of not returning my deposit, which I figured they wouldn't after I seen how the owners/staff were. (THIS IS THE LAKE CHARLES, LA LOCATION)

I didn't like: The owner/staff, I stayed there over 2 weeks and there was not breakfast and it was advertised, they had blueberry muffins from the local gas station or grocery store and they would cut them in 4ths EVERYDAY along with OLD orange juice which the orange juice machine was COVERED with bugs, they also have those same bugs in the room. They didn't give back the CASH deposit and still tried charging my debit card over a week after I was gone, I will NEVER stay there again and will never tell ANYONE to go there, the owners/staff were HORRIBLE, they over charged me and then told me not to book with booking.com because they wouldn't get the price they wanted. I'm still disgusted when I think about it. (THIS IS THE LAKE CHARLES, LA LOCATION)

Everything no breakfast false advertisement the room didn’t look like the rooms online low Budget the tv had no sound both of my room had a bad smell they website said 68.00 per night and I paid 82.94 for 2 room and I had to pay 50 deposit for each room

Bathroom was filthy. Dirty towel hanging on the door with hair all over it and trash on the floor. Was not swept mopped or vacuumed. Bottom of shower was brown and black.

Room was dirty moldy walls and had bed bugs staff tried to deny it came from there hotel insinuating that the bedbugs came in with me

I did not eat breakfast period.

It was a roach infested room. Plus the television did not work period.
