Have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and they are always First Class. I especially would like to thank the staff especially the young lady that worked the front desk Friday. There was some confusion with the way the rooms were booked and she took the time and got everything straight. She even remembered when I had canceled several weeks in advance to explain the booking preferences. She was outstanding

It was in the perfect location. Didn't have to travel far to get to locations interested in. The upkeep was exceptional. It smelled and looked wonderful. Didn't get to interact much with staff being on the go, but the quick passes were pleasant and professional.

Housekeeping didn't speak English and couldn't provide the extra towels needed for the stay

Very convenient location. Very clean and roomy ! The bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and kind. The cleaning staff were very helpful. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

The breakfast could of offered a wider variety of items but the coffee was good! Overall it was a wonderful stay and doordash is always an option.

I was very comfortable in my stay at Home2 Suites.. It was my first time staying at this property but it definitely will not be my last 👍🏽

The only thing I did not like was the mattresses on the bed they were hard that is the only thing I didn’t like.

Amazing staff which started with the first person I talked to name Wendelyn.She made me feel like she was so happy to see me since we talked on the phone several days before I got there.Couldn’t wait to meet her to see the kind and very friendly person I had talked to.Everyday she greeted me with a smile and a cheerful hello.The assistant manager name Kayla was also very personal and friendly also.I felt like all the employees liked working together.Every employee would say hello.The breakfast was amazing with a large Selection to choose from—even cooked oatmeal and healthy toppings.Just like the rest of the staff Kathy who took care of the breakfast area was very friendly and kind. I didn’t need a suite but choose to stay there to surprise my daughter and grandkids who was staying there for a swim meet.Then I was happy it was a suite when I started using all that it had in it.The room was great and clean ,the bed was comfortable, couldn’t hear the tv from the room next to mine—every hotel should have the same window design because it prevented the sunshine from waking me up early in the morning.Didn’t need the Shampoo and conditioner but it was nice to have. The shower wash had a great smell and felt good on my body.The location was great also. Could drive a short distance for restaurants and shopping without all the business around the hotel and noise. Everything this hotel offered was great but what really made it great was the staff which I can say made me feel like family. Home 2 suites by Hilton in Lake Charles Louisiana was the best hotel away from home I have ever stayed at.

Very cozy

Rude staff when we arrived. They were about to swap shifts and I guess they were ready to go. But the shift change was spectacular the staff that night was very helpful and friendly. She made our stay perfect.

The hotel was new, facilities and room very clean, needed the refrigerator as I was traveling with food for a family reunion. Employees couldn't have been nicer. Location felt safe and secure. Bed was comfortable.

Would have been noisy if it had been full. Didn't seem to be much sound insulation.

Very close to casino. Very lit parking lot. Elevator didnt take long at all.

Breakfast is complimentary but it was just okay. I think if they switched to real eggs it has the potential to be 10/10. They have fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal and a variety of tea,juice and coffee

Location, cleanliness, staff. The bed was nice, as well as the couch.

Not very sound proof, especially the bathroom. The doorway was tight and cramped. My fiance had a rough time in that area.

Breakfast needs to offer individual labeled yogurt for people that need to see if it fits dietary needs. Nothing had option to check
