The room was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. There were 4 adults and one child so the two beds with the sofa bed is a perfect setup for us. The staff was amazing. We were coming into Lake Charles for a funeral and we needed an early check in time in order to travel from out of state and get here to be able to get dressed. Everyone was polite and accommodating and very friendly.

We would rather have a full breakfast instead of a continental one.

I really liked the spacious room! We had three adults, a teenager, and an 8 year old with plenty of room. We could have comfortably fit one more guest if we wanted. I also liked that the toilet was in a separate room from the shower. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and very friendly staff!! Great location near several restaurants, stores, and Casino.

My only complaint would be the temperature of the pool. It was too cold for comfort so, we opted to use the hot tub instead. It seems as though the pool temperature could have been adjusted since it was an indoor pool, but we didn’t ask.

Everything in our stay was great, I hope I spell her name right but Dedra at front desk was amazing! We arrived to Lake Charles sooner than expected and we attempted to try early check in and she informed us she had a room available and that she could help with that. Thank you thank you!

Pool area could have used some maintenance I would say would be the only thing I didn’t like.

The location was perfect, as for the staff they were pleasant and always ready to help!

The breakfast is very hit or miss, every day they had different options which while nice also made it harder for a family with children.

Overall the price was right. A bit of debri on the lobby but not too much.

The ice machine on the 2nd floor was out of order and the breakfast was lacking. There were young guest/teeneager running down the hall at night, so that was really not good.

The staff was AMAZING and the room was a great SIZE and the beds are very comfy

The elevator was broken and my mom is handicapped so we used stairs There was mold on the ceiling in shower The shower took forever to get hot The handicapped parking was far away from entrance The AC wasn’t blowing well so the room stayed hot

The room was very nice and comfortable. The pool was excellent. It was a great experience.

The breakfast notice said that the free breakfast was until 10am on holidays. We were there on Martin Luther King Day and they closed it down before it was even 9:30am.

Breakfast could use a ramp up. Biscuits were soggy and eggs were cold. There was no sausage or anything else to go with eggs.

Location was awesome. Cleanliness of room was excellent. Asked for extra towels and got them immediately

I did not have an automobile to get around and the shopping center across the street was very difficult to get to. It would be nice if the city would have a streetlight somewhere in the middle of the block. The light on the corner is dangerous because of the traffic coming off of the freeway and cars making turns on the street.

If a time comes when you remodel, I recommend that the toilets be replaced with standard sized toilets, as they are very low, and I had difficulty sitting on them. Also, I chose Springhill Suites because of the advertised transportation to and from the airport. However, I found out that the service was no longer available, and that LIFT is not reliable. A very nice employee took me to the airport after her shift ended and I was very grateful for that. Otherwise, I could have been stranded because I was there to attend my grandson's wedding and he and his bride had already left for their honeymoon. I had no one else to take me to the airport.

Nice, well maintained facility with comfortable room.

Very close to interstate. Traffic noise was very noticeable from the second floor room that faced the highway.
