Everything over all was great. Room had plenty of space and free breakfast was a plus.

We were given a handicap room and the door to the restroom would not close all the way. We had to announce and have someone stand in front of the door every time someone went to the restroom. When we would shower the water wouldn’t go down the drain in the shower and would spill over all the floor. We tried to control the mess but we made pools every time someone showered.

The building was very pretty inside and out. My queen suite was super spacious. The bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on - amazing! 10/10

There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. I guess if I had to absolutely choose something, it would be that the ice machine wasn't working. Also, I wasn't able to make ice in the freezer. Not too much of a big deal, overall my stay and experience was really great!

The breakfast was great. A good variety. The location was close to the center where our Family Reunion was held and close to everything.

The ironing board was broke. The trash wasn't emptied and no one mentioned that we had to ask for sheets to the roll out bed and after we realized it didn't have any sheets I had already put my pajamas on so I didn't feel like going back downstairs.

I like the way the staff greeted me when arriving. They made check in and out easy. I enjoyed shower and how they had liquid body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower to easily access.

The bed squeak when getting into bed and rolling over and the matress was very firm. The room temperature was not accurate to my liking and it was hard to get it right. But I wasn't hot.

I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and "apartment" feel of tye rooms. I liked i was able to bring my dog.

The only complaint I have is how bad the bed was. I could tell it's been used so much that it was no longer supporting the body when lying down. It felt like my head was dipping backward. I had to sleep the opposite direction with my head at the foot of the bed. I woke up with a horrible back ache. The pillows were so worn out that they shrunk down to a flat and very uncomfortable pillow. If the bed was at all comfortable I would have given the hotel rave reviews. I definitely was not able to rest and relax there, though. I was in room 315.

The whole room was nice except for the bathroom. It was too small. The toilet, door, and shower were way too close together. The prior week, we stayed here we had a room with a queen bed & everything was nice.. The bathroom had a tub with lots of room. Just wished that the room had a king bed.

We had never stayed at a Staybridge Suites before and found The facility was extremely nice! The exercise room and equipment was better than most hotels I’ve stayed in. The suite was exceptional in space and comfort and the breakfast was fantastic!

Definitely will choose the place next week to come to htown and will look for this same name in further vacations. Bed was comfortable, room nice spacious, fridge and stove. Glad I choose this hotel.

I like that it has a kitchen and dishes provided. Right behind some lake houses which is nice to see.

Breakfast could’ve been better. I didn’t eat any but didn’t look to appealing. I didn’t like the shower, the whole floor would flood when the shower is running.

Location is great! Beds comfortable! afternoon staff made our check in great!! Morning cleaning crew were friendly and helpful!

The restroom door did not close correctly. The Sunday morning front office and kitchen lady were not inviting. And kids were asked to keep it down because there was church going on?
