I ain't going to lie to you this hotel was better than I thought it was close to the hotel it was peaceful it was quiet it was clean I saw that they were doing renovations which is okay it's going to make it look better but man we'll be staying again we drove all the way from San Antonio Texas to enjoy our 3-day stay at that hotel and ended up at all the casinos very good hotel keep up the good job the staff up front the desk day shift night shift very professional well-dressed housekeeping they bust their butts keep it clean the hotel clean the rooms clean I was very pleased I will be back I will tell my people down south of South Texas where to stay y'all keep up the good job thank you for everything y'all did for our stay and we're very happy I love you guys

The only thing I didn't like was that the computers were down the computer room was down due to renovation but when we get back the computer will be up I know the renovation is going to make it look good

Location was central to anything you could need in Lake Charles. Property was accommodating. Comfy and spacious room. Will definitely stay here again.

Walls in the facility were a little bit thin so you could here anything and everything that was going on on every side of us. The vending machines were all empty and paying $3.00 for a small soda or water got quite costly.

WE did not have breakfast. Location and staff. The bed was wonderful. The room, painting, etc. appeared a bit worn. but it was very clean . the water pressure was weak.

Renovation of the rooms/bathrooms would be nice. Otherwise, we enjoyed the hotel.

This facility is undergoing total upgrade, which is wonderful; however, when booking you dont know this. Work begins at 6 am sharp! There are sign once you arrive but it would be nice to know ahead of time.

I was in town for a funeral and the property was in the perfect place for me to be near the church, funeral home and the rest of my family. the staff was super friendly and inviting. I can’t remember the name of the two receptionist that were present when I checked in but they definitely made a great impression and I’d recommend this hotel to others. The facilities were clean and nicely decorated for Christmas season, the room was clean and would have passed the white glove test. lol. I drove 4 hours to get there and it was perfect for the rest that I needed.

The hotel serve an excellent breakfast with good and friendly service. They are pro environment and do not use disposable dinnerware. Very unique for a US-Hotel and therefore 5 stars plus.

The room was very clean a little old but nice

They were doing renovations and it was not stated on the website or the app. The stair case needed vacuuming. Just a little heads up on the website about the renovations would have been nice

I love the Holiday Inn and Suites. I stay there when ever I am in need of a hotel.. Their beds are always comfortable and extremely clean... I have never had an issue with the rooms that I have stayed in. What I have an issue with is when I request an earlier check in or later check out being I am a VIP customer you would think that it wouldn't be an issue, but every time I request it, it can never be done even though it is an accommodation they extend to VIP Members... Why????

Location great, and staff very good

The maid actually entered our room while we were sleeping the first morning there. Kinda strange I'm sure an honest mistake but a lil uncomfortable waking up that way
