The breakfast was suitable although the coffee machine broke and had to be shut down. The rooms were a nice size and clean. The hotel itself was clean and quiet. The decor is very nice. The beds are comfortable.

The front desk person who checked me in had an icy and unwelcoming disposition. Also, I had to change rooms twice. It seems that the wall thermostat in rooms 310 or 301 and 401 were not wired properly. Both units are the first rooms to the right when you get off of the elevator. The heat was set to 74 degrees. Once that temperature was reached, the ac kicked in and automatically cooled the rooms down to 71 degrees and blew very cold air making it impossible to sleep in those rooms. Changing rooms twice for the exact same reasons at 11:00 at night is totally unacceptable, I did however appreciate how nice and sweet the new (change in shifts)font desk person was with addressing the issue.

The AC worked fine and they had a good breakfast. Location was convenient.

Because I booked through Booking.com and prepaid for two nights due to power outage in Houston… When we receive notice of power returning, I told manager we wanted to cancel the second night stay. (Gave plenty of notice.). he said we could not get our money back from them, would have to deal with a credit through Booking.com. You can’t talk to anybody and when I tried mine, they said to go back to the hotel?! Very frustrating.

TV remote didnt work well at all. Internet was super slow, made it difficult to connect and watch shows. Had to beg for towels for my room. Otherwise, it was nice.

The room was nice ,the bed was comfortable clean!

Well one thing I did like is that it’s said there was a shuttle bs to go back o the casino there wasn’t,the need to take of the booking they haven’t had it since last year! That’s the only reason I decided to stay there for mother day false advertising need to take it off!

It was very modern, clean, all of the staff were super friendly (especially the young lady who checked me in… I never got her name). The room was immaculate, and super clean

The beds were a little too firm for what I’m used to but once I got comfortable I slept extremely well. I was in a handicap room so it would’ve been nice to have a tub/shower combo but that was strictly my fault

Breakfast was great. But the bagels were hard like a rock. Coffee was exceptional

We reported damages to the room right the way, and before departure we found out that they didn't even documented the damages and they had no idea about it. English unfortunately was Limited with staff, but they were very friendly

It was clean and reasonably priced.

The breakfast was terrible. The milk was room temp. The potatoes weren’t done. The waffle wouldn’t cook enough to where it wasn’t raw in the middle. The half and half I put in my coffee was curdled. It was the worst “free” breakfast ever.

Cleaners and breakfast was great. This location keep with the standard of the hotel chain.

I booked to rooms, they had to charge me 2x separately. Did not understand stand why I couldn't get 1X charge for both rooms and security Deposit. Hotel had a security deposit fee.

Nice size room. Decent location. Friendly staff.

Shower was not clean. Sink should have been cleaned better. 2 Marijuana roaches on top of the microwave. Anything 5 ft and over was all dusty. A sock was in 1 of the drawers. Dirt smeered all across the bottom drawer. Water pressure was very low.

The staff was very friendly some more than others but nothing to complain about. Room was really clean. They had an inside pool, laundry room on our floor (only 1 washer and 1 dryer but thankfully no one else was using it at the time) small gym, and good breakfast and a little shop to buy midnight snacks if needed, Casino was less than 10 min away and they have shuttles if you decide not to drive. Overall a great place to stay!
