Everyone was Excellent in the hotel staff. Had a blast at the casino, well my spouse did. I wasn't feeling well, so I stayed in our room the first night. But still got plenty of rest. Came out for dinner at Asia restaurant. It was delicious. Went to the casino and played a bit. Then back to our room. My hubby stayed at the casino. He had a blast. $$🤑🤑

I was very disappointed in one restaurant in the hotel. Can't remember the name of it, it served chili dogs, . The young lady behind the counter wasn't very pleasant. She never smiled or communicated well with anyone. We paid 45 dollars for a couple of hot dogs, fries, and pizza slices. We grabbed it and went to our room. It was just trashed. Nasty, seemed old, not fresh at all. All the other restaurants well awesome.

Updated decor very nice. Beautiful area to sit out by the lazy River and have drinks with friends. Enjoyed restaurants. Staff tried hard to meet our needs but seemed overwhelmed at times.

Check in was a nightmare. Long lines and check in desk was not even 50% manned. Was told we only booked one room, not two. They figured it out eventually but one of the rooms had not been cleaned when we entered. Not enough staff for the amount of guests was obvious.

We love L'Auberge and have been quite a few times. The staff is always nice, casino is always pretty clean and well kept. Most games were up and working, lots of tables opened. The Rooms are great size for four guests, the food is good. And they often have extra stuff going on, comedians, concerts, live music, fun nights in the sports bar! THE POOL IS GREAT AND SO FUN!! We Enjoy our stays here!

We did have one issue the last time we stayed. We were told we could have joining rooms with our friends, it was there birthday and that's what we wanted. It wasn't till we got there we were told oh we actually can't. The staff dismissed it and didn't do anything to try and fix that for us. They Acted like it didn't matter at all. Other than that snag, we always enjoy our stay here. I'll actually be back next week with my mom!

First time back after 6 years of staying away. Many upgrades to hotel we stayed in the Tower Rooms were beautiful clean and fresh. Laid back vibe in casino compared to G.N. neighbor. My suggestion is to add a café to restaurants that would offer fresh hot breakfast selections and room service. For the price we paid, we deserve top notch service.

Room was clean. We walked the facility and it was nice and clean. All restrooms were very clean.

Staff wasn't very warm & fuzzy when we checked into the hotel. He should have told us which way to go to the elevators, but didn't. He could have smiled, but didn't so there was no warmth or welcome feelings at all. In fact, I have dead houseplants that have more personality! He could have wished us Happy Birthday but didn't bother.

I got there at 4:22p for check in. My room and several other rooms weren’t ready. They did a pre check in and told me wait for room would be about an hour and half!! I was super upset. Offered no comps, no refund, no other solutions. Lady checking me in Kaitlyn(I think) was super rude about it all. My room was ready at 6p!!!!!

Our room, the overall cleanliness, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, due to me having a walking disability, the service desk was very gracious in finding a lower floor room that was close to the elevators. We will definitely book again!

There was only 1 trash can and it was in the restroom. It would have been nice to have one in the sleeping area.

The fire Alarm on the 7th floor going off for a total of 45 minutes at 3:20 . Rough considering we went to sleep at 3:00 am. Got 2 hours sleep. Asked for compensation for the inconvenience at check out. The lady checking us out was rude and said no. I will be going back to the nugget moving forward. This was my first stay at your facility.

The environment is great. The L'Auberge is my favorite Casino in Louisiana. I love the customer service and the people working are so helpful. The rooms are so clean and nice. I will continue to come here.

I can't recall anything I didn't like. If I have to say - Bathrooms can always be cleaner. The prices of the room can be cheaper. Also, the people who bring you the beverages could make faster rounds.

We were originally given a smoking room (eyes began to water and nose became stuffy) as soon as we entered. Went down to let them know and we were given a non smoking room immediately.

The original smoking room we were given, even though we booked a non smoking room through Booking.com. We had to pack all of our belongings again and walk to the lobby, wait again in line.
