The main thing I loved about this property was how quiet and clean it was. I saw the housekeepers actively working to keep the place immaculate.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was the fact that I couldn’t stay longer! I loved it here! So close to plenty of places and my family as well, since I was visiting for a family event!

Front desk evening attendant was soo sweet. Beds were comfortable & room was nice size.

Even though I knew beforehand, breakfast would have been better. Also microwave in room was broken. The evening attendant made note the night i checked in, but they never came check/replace it.

This was a last minute stay due to a personal matter that arose. The room was very clean. All staff I saw, front desk, maid service in hallway and others, were very friendly and welcoming. I’m returning to the area for a planned visit in a month and decided to switch my reservation to stay here again instead as a clean, safe place to stay is all I need.

Clean rooms and peaceful atmosphere

Staff has no communication skills at all. I paid online but at 2:00 in the afternoon the owner put me out of the room. After I packed my stuff, he called the room to apologize but I was still embarrassed. He could have looked for my payment before he tried to put me out.

It was ok. Basic food. Coffee was good. Had tea for my wife. It was close to were I needed to be, less travel. I don't know

The staff was very friendly and very helpful.the bed was very comfortable.

That u took out the swimming pool.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, modern. Interior room access. Plenty of plugs, with USB ports. Good water pressure and temp. Great value.

We departed at 6:30 and didn’t see any breakfast items out. Didn’t care as we had coffee in the room.

The rooms were large. The bedsheets, towels and bathroom were clean and speckless. No bad smell in the room. The breakfast was minimalistic with only packed muffins and waffles. Coffee and juice was good. Had a comfortable stay.

It was right by everything and nice and quiet every time I come to lake Charles this will be my go to hotel

Location is very good: close to casinos, freeway and restaurants.

Continental breakfast at very minimum. First room offered had strong chemical smell: started coughing, couldn't breathe!
