The rooms were in excellent condition. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The price of the rooms were reasonable and the continental breakfast was a plus for me.

The only thing that I would say that could have been better is that the consistency of the serving of breakfast. The first morning everything was set up and restocked with all that was needed to complete our breakfast experience. The very next morning there were items missing which made for a slightly longer wait time. The guests that were waiting for items to be restocked had to tell the worker what we needed.

The HOT TUB!!! Although I heard they have removed them. Very spacious and home like suites! The location is right downtown and across from the picturesque lake! Friendly staff! He also helped me set up a surprise for my fiance 💕

Excellent location. I made the reservation in route, which was needed since we decided to stay overnight at the spur of the moment.

Check-in was fairly sketchy. It was conducted through a window (like a drive through) and it made me concerned about the area in which I was staying.

The facilities were great, the location, the staff, the cleanliness AND the bed! We were able to get a first floor room due to a recent foot surgery. Thank you for accommodating us in that regard!

The coffee was HORRIBLE!!! It appeared that the staff is cutting the bags of coffee/filters in order to get more servings. There was soooo much coffee grounds in the coffee cup AND the taste was horrible.

Great location right off 10..parking lot very well lit..room was clean and comfortable..staff was very nice..great Mexican restaurant directly across the street (but be very careful crossing the street)

Not sure what was going on but very very early on a Sunday morning, it sounded like the floor in the room above me was being replaced...this wasn't the sound of someone getting up and walking around..much much worse..not on a Sunday morning!

The room was clean for the most part. It was obvious that the floor wasn't mopped. I have pictures of my daughter's feet after only being there 30 minutes. Other than that, it was nice. Easy to park, the 2 ladies that worked there were amazing! The wifi was kind of spotty at times, but we were still able to watch our tablets.

No TV guide for channels on TV. The coffee maker had no instructions on how to make coffee either putting a bag or grounds in the container.

The room we had was hidden from the sun so the room was cold

I didn’t get another cover for my bed and no pool

The plug by the sink in room 225 didn't work. I had to put the coffee machine on the floor by the door. That was the only other accessible outlet

No carpet. Frig and microwave. Sitting area.

TV remote would jump 2 stations, not 1. No protine in breakfast offering.
