The location was great and the breakfast was great.

Our room was clean, but the bathroom needed to be redone. There was mold in the corners of the shower doors. Also, the toilet paper was cheap. It was interesting that it was very minimalistic. There is no closet to store the iron board, iron, or safe for valuables. It isn't my type of hotel to stay at.

the convenience of multiple entry points was nice

The breakfast was all cold and rubbery. There were bugs everywhere inside and out. HUGE grasshoppers covering the exterior of the building, and a worm fell out of my shower head when I turned it on.

The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. Overall, the hotel was clean, and we slept very well. The room was rather small, yet a perfect accommodation for small kids. Noise was not an issue. I loved the view of the Contraband Boyou from our hotel window. That view captured the essence of Louisiana. Overall, we had a very good experience.

I missed having closet space to store the luggage, etc.

Clean room and great breakfast

The staff was rude when I called to ask about checking in early. I was also traveling out of state and they were unable to give me confirmation until the morning of. The bathroom was also very small.

Very clean, very open and spacious. Nice breakfast included. There’s a body of water out back that’s cute! Very close to restaurants, a casino and shopping as well.

For one night I didn’t like the price but it’s fair in comparison to the other hotels around.

They don't have a microwave in room. The price to stay there is high. Especially without a microwave. Who wants to leave there room to heat up their food. I dont.

Very impressed. A great selection of food and it was very tasty. Plenty of space to eat without sitting on top of one another.

It was contemporary and a great location with expected amenities. Room was very spacious and cozy.

There was a HUGE cockroach crawling on the floor when we walked in that my son killed. I couldn't sleep much worried that a roach was going to crawl on us.

Clean and convenient to casinos, food, shopping.

No ice machine/water refill station on our floor (if there was we didn’t find it) but not a bug deal!
