The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The A/C was very cold. The mobility accessible bathroom has a nice shower chair that made it easy for my sister to be able to transfer to from her wheelchair.

The soap dispensers in the bathroom put out tiny drops of soap when pressed. Was happy I had my own soap with me. The floor in the mobility accessible bathroom needs an extra drain in the floor. The entire floor floods when showering since the floor is wheelchair accessible.

It was clean, reasonable and had restaurants within walking distance.

The employee that was there the night of who stated I didn’t have a reservation, and that it was cancelled because of late arrival. I sent a note and explained the timeframe I would arrive, and I did in fact arrive at that time. She made me pay more than what I had to for booking. It was a lot of stuff on top of that, but luckily the next morning, it was rectified by the manager.

I have one child and 4 grandchildren, so I understand children on vacation, having a good time, and I don't blame the hotel for this, but kids ran up and down the hall, literally screaming and laughing until late in the night. Without that one problem, I think it would have been a good stay. One other small detail that the designer obviously overlooked - the toilet paper is behind you.???

This hotel had been recently renovated due to hurricane damage. We had to make a last minute, late in the night change of hotel plans, and we were able to get a room immediately. Hotel was clean, right off Interstate 10, and staff was very friendly. Would stay at this hotel again if needed to.

The only complaint I would have would be not having a continental breakfast. There is a Waffle House directly next door, but not everyone has the extra money to spend for the breakfast cost during their stay. And maybe have a small coffee maker and pods in the room for morning coffee in your room. Otherwise, everything was fine regarding the stay.

This appears to be a brand new hotel. Or recently and completely remodeled. I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was located nearby a lot of conveniences. GREAT price!

People kept coming in and out of the back door (right next to my room) and going up the stairs. They would slam both doors. The vending machines need credit card swipers. There's not enough light in the bathroom. The refrigerator is too loud.

There was no breakfast which was fine, the Waffle House is literally a 2-3 minute walk right beside the hotel lol! The location was great also 12-15 minutes from the Casinos! We booked 1 night but stayed 2! We loved it!! Will definitely book anytime we are in the area!! Staff was amazing!!! NO DEPOSIT FOR OUT OF STATE! Or out of town lol one of them!

The only thing that was a little odd is that there were no cable lamps so when one is in bed, wanting to read or to charge device as a table lamp would’ve been great

The location was renovated and everything was NICE! Sleek new features and designs. When you hear of a Red Roof Inn, the most pleasant thoughts do not cross your mind (based off of previous pictures seen of locations). This place was very clean and just NICE! Worth it!!!

I was located on the bottom floor near exit door. There were kiddos running in and out the door, causing slamming of door constantly.

I loved the simplicity of the hotel. Everything you needed, clean, comfortable bed, ice in lobby, quiet air con. Price was amazing, given the rooms were in better condition than most twice the price.

Room is on small side. Not a problem for price, just be aware. Also located very close to the I-10 so you will hear some traffic, despite pretty good sound insulation.
