The staff were kind, the room was very clean, casino dealers were willing to educate, machines were fun,

The standard coffee used in all of the restaurants was soooo bland it was almost tasteless. I feel like this was to force people to use the Starbucks. And, the Starbucks had a gentleman working there that had a bit of an attitude and absolutely refused my mother's request to leave her pumpkin bread in the sealed packaging. This is something that we always request at every Starbucks we go to, and he rudely refused. Also, they place the finished items on the counter in a way that makes customers touch other people's orders to find their own. WHAT!!! Like people should be touching other people's cups/food packages to determine which order is theirs?!? I thought it might have been a fluke the first time because they seemed short handed. But, nope, this was normal practice.

At 9:15 A.M. a guy with room service knocked on our door and before I could get up to answer he just walked in.Check out is at 11 not 9:15. What if my wife would have been in the shower or getting dressed. I am not happy about this .We believe in privacy and we were not happy about this issue.Also 45 minutes after the same guy is standing in the hallway just a few doors down. I understand the rooms need to be clean but they should not be walking into a room before checkout

Lots of eating options, staff friendly, great entertainment at Rush, Spa was awesome. All restaurants had great food.

Room wasn’t that clean. Overall looked clean but carpet had hairpins and safety pins on it along bases of the bed. Had to call at 5pm because our room hadn’t been cleaned. Starbucks staff was friendly but had no sugar substitutes or coffee stirrers out. That afternoon went back and still no stirrers or sugar substitutes out. Next morning went for coffee was told that it would take 25 minutes cause one of the pots was broken. Stirrers we’re finally there but no sugar or substitutes out. Really guys need to have these available before you open .

I like the layout of the casino everything is on the outside of the gambling floor all you food and shopping and hotel elevators and it's not too confusing to get were you are going. I also like the boardwalk going to the other casino too. It's convenient and has a nice view of the ship coming in and out and people on boats.

There wasn't enough self service drink station there

The pool was excellent. Water was cool and the lazy river was a great touch! The pool bar was fun as well. The rooms were comfortable and the restaurants were very convenient. And you served Blue Bell ice cream at the ice cream shop. That was a nice touch. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Elevators always seemed a bit dirty and smelly. Smoking in the casino was disappointing. The beach was not in great shape. Would love to see the hotel step up its game of making a really attractive beach environment. So much of the felt lining was sticking out of the sand. Trying to get the front desk to answer after 11pm was like pulling teeth. But when they did answer, they were accommodating. Would love to receive a room comp offer someday. Never seem to get one of those even though I did spend $3000 in 2 days.

there was no luggage rack in my room there was an issue with the ID scanning machine to gain entry to the casino floor. There was only one machine and staff were extremely unhelpful and unpleasant. We ended up walking to the neighbouring Auberge where the scanner had no problems reading our documents and the casino floor staff were very welcoming.

The room was fantastic, The bed was very comfortable and we did not use the pool but will next time for sure. The facility was very clean , the prices at the restaurants where not to bad. Room price for us was a little high. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will be back.

I was under the impression that booking a room with my Amex Platinum card would give me a late checkout Also,no one told us that you need a credit card to buy drinks at the pool,not the front desk or when we got our towels. They didn't even knew that. We found out when the pool waitress came to take our order

My breakfast was excellent…My dinners at Lillies and Vic and Anthony’s were delicious…Pool was great…The whole trip was great…

The only amenity that you did not provide was a charging station for EV’s…Not only would that be a source of income for the casino it would be so beneficial to customers like me…

The bed was good, the view was amazing, the pool was very nice and enjoyable for my 5 yr old and wife, and my wife said the facial at the spa was amazing and the people who did it were very helpful. Staff did an excellent job greeting us and informing us on things as well.

Everything was wonderful, we plan to make another trip back for more time and kid less so we can spend time in the casino and really relax at the pool area. Overall a good short get away from the stress of the world.
