The apartment was very spacious, bright and super clean. There was a lift in the building. Free car parking was on site and off the road. Good location in quiet area - with a train to the city centre just is 10 minute walk away. No shops or restaurants close by, but not a problem for us as it had a good kitchen. Large and comfortable bed with nice linen. Good lighting and power points. Great Wifi. The bathroom was enormous and fabulous. The best shower we had in 2 months of travelling in Germany. Good communication with host and the contactless check in was easy.

We booked one night in the apartment because it is a few minutes drive from the MHPArena and we attended an event there. It was on-point for that purpose. It was easy to reach by car, had a comfortable free parking. The check-in instructions were clear and it was easy to get and return the keys by self service. The building is new, with a huge elevator, outside vending machines, in a quiet area. The apartment is well equipped, clean, has a nice balcony with a seating area.

It was a hot day and the lack of air conditioning was a bit taunting (my bad for not checking in advance). There is nothing close by in the area, everything is in a driving distance. It fitted our needs, but it’s not for everyone. Not much of a view from the balcony (looking over an industrial area). If you need to stay in that part of town for any reason, and have a car, it’s a great alternative.

Bed is advertised “extra large” but I suppose it’s a 160cm wide one, acceptable for a couple Not really suited for small children, due to the following: - Bed is difficult to accomodate a small child to sleep between us, being narrow - Bed is too tall for children, having the risk pf falling off - sockets are not child-proof, there is no protection

The apartment was gorgeous, super clean and cozy. It was perfect for 2. I really liked and enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly as well, they helped me with the check in and check out. Moreover, it had an amazing and relaxing park nearby where you could spend a peaceful afternoon and the city centre was not that far away. I totally recommend this property and will definitely come back there in the future in case I visit Stuttgart again (most probably because I loved the city).

The room was impeccably clean. Great room layout. Easy to retrieve the key from the key box at check-in. Extremely friendly staff. Parking was available free of charge. The location is close to the Hans Martin Schleyer Halle. The property is accessible, with an elevator and walk-in shower. There is a refrigerator in the room and a stovetop, as well as a coffee maker with pods. The kitchen area has dishes available for use.

We stayed here to attend an event. Definitely not the property’s fault, but we were unable to get a taxi to take us to the event. This wasn’t a problem for us because we had our own vehicle, but it’s something to keep in mind if you are traveling without your own vehicle.

Clean and as advertised. Loved the shower set up.

The pillows were sparse and not very filled, so getting comfortable like home was more challenging. We had only five coffee pods for five days and two people. Same with shampoo and bath soap. The little bottles weren’t adequate for our fill stay.

The room had everything we needed with easy self check-in and check-out. Parking was right next to the building with an elevator.

It is about a 10 minute walk to public transportation. It was hotter than normal during our stay and with no A/C, a fan would be great to include in the room.

The inside was very nice. The apartment was nice too. Seemed pretty new.

The outside area had a business park feel and wasn’t kept up too nice. There was some miscommunication about when we could check in, but it worked out.

The rooms were super-clean. The bed was comfortable. The interior was completely new.

The location is not the best, the rooms are not fully equipped - no shampoos, conditioners, etc. (I guess this is common in Schwabenland...). Empty fridge, as soon as you open the curtains all (yes, all) neighbors can look into the room. The location seems to be in a not so good neigborhood. There is no shops to buy stuff nearby. The price we paid is way over the actual value delivered. Do not recommend.

The apartment was in a quiet location & under a 10 minute walk to the train station. It was very clean with nice decor.

The pillows, they were far too soft. We had to go and buy 2 from TK Maxx. We've left them in the apartment, so hopefully the next guests staying will get the benefit of using them
