The apartments were very clean and comfortable. We had late check in and were able to easily get the keys from a lockbox with a code. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic. One building had a lift which was helpful with luggage. We were near 2 different parks and street parking was usually easy to find.

I felt as though the amenities offered didn't necessarily match the listing. It said all toiletries provided, but there was hand soap at the sink and body wash in the shower - no shampoo or conditioner. I believe the listing also mentioned a washing machine, but we did not have one in either unit. We struggled to get the apartments cleaned regularly, which isn't a big deal, but ran low on towels and ran out of toilet paper on the last day. One of the buildings does not have a lift and we were on the top floor (4), so that was a bit of a pain with luggage. None of these shortcomings were hugely impactful, though, and we enjoyed our stay.

Good amenities and space inside the apartment. Appreciated access to a washing machine under the building next door. Penny supermarket just a 2 minute walk, and the tram stop outside the apartment. Good food and beverage options around, easy to get to highway for day trips, or walk to museums etc. Strong wifi and comfortable seating. Bed was firm but comfortable though pillows were traditional european and very lumpy. Quiet for how close it was to a main intersection/tram line.

The aircon wasn't very strong and was very loud. No info about the basement or parking, and there was some confusion with check in due to the wrong booking code being provided. This happened with another couple we ran into a few days later so it might be a bookings.com issue rather than the venue but unclear. There was mold on the bathroom the ceiling, and the bathroom fan needed a clean.

Modern furnishing. The cleanest hotel for our 3 week trip in Austria and Germany. Very convenient location - There is a bakery which opens early in the morning just next to the hotel. Noted some negative comments on the Penny supermarket opposite the hotel. But it's all good for supplies for breakfast and simple dinner. Plenty of restaurants nearby, including a few Asian ones which are reasonably priced. The U Bahn station near hotel is a station at street level so very convenient. Good housekeeping - The water was draining slowly in the shower area. I left a note in the toliet and was fixed on the same day.

Nice, moderne and clean. Close to the city, nice café on the Ground floor. Everything was up to standard. The staff was helpful, and kept it clean and tidy while we were there. Easy access as well.

It was a bit small for a family of 4. Mostly because there were only 2 kitchen chairs, and the kitchen had no oven. However, the stay was comfortable, we made dinner a few nights.

Exceptional apartments with all the necessary equipment , a great location near the metro station, yet very quiet. A supermarket is close by, and the interior is clean and cozy. Highly recommended! Would put 12 out of 10 points!

As we were staying there as 3 people would be nice to have one more folding chair for the breakfast. Between living room and bedroom there is no doors, for us it was ok.

In general - all good! Two small minuses: - no lift. We live on 4th floor and it is a little cumbersome with the luggage (however, staff offer you their help with it) - it is not a city center. It is not far away from center by tram (4 stops), but not for a walk

It was not clearly communicated that the reception only opened 10-17, they say 20 at booking.com; I had stated I would arrive at 18 which I did. Only issue is I did not get a receipt for the stay - I am sure they will provide one, but if it had been put on the table since they knew I would arrive outside their opening hours; it would have been all good

They were comfortable clean apartments, located very near a U-Bahn station (just a few stops from the city centre) and supermarket.

The description on Booking.Com not accurate as each apartment was meant to have for example an oven & washing machine which was NOT correct. One of 4 of our apartments had an oven, and a washing machine was available but shared in the adjacent building.

The building is modern and clean. The apartment is spacious… Kitchen well prepared. Bathroom size is good. Elevator… secure entrance. Clean. The host is very flexible and the people around the place were very kind and helpful.

Yes it does have an AC but only at the bedroom side and for me it was not doing a great job. It felt a bit warm.

Very easy access to transportation and discount grocery store. Clean, quiet room. Modern. Nice coffee shop below. Excellent washer in adjacent building. Very good communication.

Plenty of outlets, but they are located in odd locations. If you are in a street facing room, close your window, as cigarette smoke rises from the quiet outdoor cafe below.
