Hello everyone! This year, in February, we had the opportunity to stay at Villa Telaga Wana for 12 days... What happiness! When we arrived, after a very long journey, it was as if we'd arrived in a paradise on Earth; it felt like everything was part of a movie set: extremely welcoming and smiling staff, vegetation more luxuriant than you can see, birdsong, geckos, the sweet smell of incense and then these houses/villas with very atypical architecture... Once inside our house, boom, a slap in the face! Everything is so beautifully decorated in a natural, local style. The large windows let the light in throughout the house, giving us the impression of being outside, yet inside and still respecting our privacy. Extremely comfortable king-size bed, air-conditioning, small fridge, TV, beautiful, large bathroom with huge shower... The food... Mmmm... The food was delicious! When you have breakfast, you realize that some of the foods you already know taste completely different. Maybe it's because the food is healthier there. All these villas overlook this incredible swimming pool, which is perfect for the grown-ups as well as the little ones. I don't need to tell you about the water temperature, which is warmer than a normal shower. Imagine what it's like to swim in this pool and have Frangipani flowers falling from the tree. It's almost unreal. This whole place is one big garden. A garden in which you can find all the pretty tropical plants you buy in garden centers, except here they're XXL and of course everything's in bloom. And there are no mosquitoes! It's crazy but it's true! No mosquitoes!! From the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed, everyone who works there greets you every time with a big smile and a kind word. It's so peaceful...You can stay and chat with them because you can be sure they're going to teach you something very interesting about their culture. The location is top-notch.

I enjoyed to stay at the villa - it has amazing employees, starting with the property manager, Gede, the receptionist / waitress Dian, as well as the owners of the villa. They welcomed us and been amazing hosts - supported in building up our itinerary to fit the most the number of days we spend there. Also, is important to mention that on a daily basis the cleaning of the house was done including changing the bed sheets which was an amazing feeling. Great food served in the villa, cooked fresh, but they give you the possibility to order, or even they go on their scooter to buy anything that you would like. On top of that, we had few very early days, but they still made us fresh coffee!

We enjoyed everything, there is nothing that we can mention as unpleasant.

This was the best experience and location I stayed in Bali. Beyond amazing: the details are on point, decorated to the highest standards. Private garden and pool, very safe. Room with AC, TV, mini fridge, spacious private bathroom, clothes drying rack, very good internet (no issue working from here). Everything is very clean and new. Staff is always around and helpful, and make you feel like home, also the communication is perfect as they all speak english. The location offers drinks and food, which I recommend, as they are cooking it on the spot, and you can taste the fresh local cuisine. Also is very convenient. The location also has a traditional objects shop you can visit and buy some memories. Ask for local hints and attractions, also observe the local traditions (you might get to see them at the location if you are traveling during Galungan). The Villa is located very close to Ubud (max 30min by car) in a more pitoresc village, surrounded by silver shops that you should visit. Also in the center of the village, you can do your shopping at a friction of Ubud prices.

Property is unique and beautiful. Pool was wonderful and is very close to rooms. Breakfast was served with flourishes and beautiful presentation on my front porch. Even coffee ( expresso)!! Small restaurant on premise. Can buy cold water , soda /juice drinks /expresso drinks as well . The staff was 5 STAR PLUS !! Friendly, helpful and wonderful to talk to. Made us feel at home and like treasured guests. Flowers everywhere, including orchids. Bed was comfy, room was beautifully decorated ( each one is different), and the bathroom /shower area is clean and decorated. Beautiful garden landscaping. Close to Sukawati market, Ubud, and other attractions. I can't wait to go back.

The driveway can be a little tight if you have a larger car/minibus. Sharp turn from end of drive onto street. Really, no problems with anything.

How much me and my family loved staying at this peaceful villa. After the travels during the day, with the street noise and agitation, we would eagerly come back at the villa for relaxation...kids to play in the pool, me and my husband to enjoy the nice outdoors. The breakfast was so delicious, the employees are outstanding, would always take the time to respond to my questions and to chat with me. I loved everyone there. Not to forget the manager, that advised us where to travel around for family fun. For sure we'll come back again here. The rooms and bathrooms are so spacious, clean, nicely decorated.

A wonderfully designed property consisting of a few beautiful units a centred around a lagoon like pool. Felt like we were staying in a work of art. The rooms have a bar fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. The beds are huge and very comfortable. There is also a small restaurant and bar. The property is away from the hustle and bustle of Bali, nor far from Ubud. We never had to wait more than 7 mins for a taxi. Well worth it for the tranquility. There are several convenience stores within walking distance and also a Barong Dancing location. We also had a Spa day and a Cooking class within 15 minutes drive.The staff that work there are exceptional. Always very helpful and friendly. My wife and I will definitely return.

It is a beautiful property, with only a few huts available which gives travellers a chance to meet each other. The pool is a lovely area to hang out at & the staff are wonderful.

While they did some of their meals/snacks very well (e.g. Indoensian breakfast, spring rolls, etc.) their menu is very small & more variety needs to be added. This is important as there are not too many other restaurants/warungs around that can be easily walked to for dinner.

pictures doesn’t give justice to this hotel!! is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is amazing, super friendly and welcoming and helpful. we spent 5 nights there and the vibe is great. is about 45/1 hour from ubud and there is a ridiculous amount of artisanal shops working silver and gold on the main road. loved every bit of this place!

Lovely peaceful hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Quiet setting around a small pool. Lovely connecting family room. Tasty reasonable breakfast you order the evening before. Extremely helpful staff with ordering food and helpful when my daughter was sick. Owner very welcoming. Perfect for days out to visit Ubud locations.

The swimming pool didn’t seem to be cleaned out during or 5 night stay.

This property was amazing. Picturesque, quiet and ideal for a couple wanting something different

We brought kids. Should have left them and had a few nights alone there
