The great hotel is located in the heart of Conteng and many things are within walking distance. You can conveniently park a car or motorcycle in the hotel's underground car park. The hotel rooms are located exclusively from the 19th to the 24th floor. The unique infinity swimming pool is located on the 28th floor. Also unique is the Skywalk on the 28th floor. The fitness center is open 24 hours. After a short time we got a room upgrade to a corner suite at the 23rd floor with a balcony. We would especially like to thank the front-desk manager for these generous gesture. All in all it is a top hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything. This hotel is a gem. We do a lot of good hotels all year and we can be a bit difficult, I'll admit it. This place was beyond our expectations . Everything is really carefully thought . The employees really do their best and provide a great experience, absolutely all of them. The decoration is perfect, the location is too. Our room was a studio at the 22th floor , the 2219 and the view from the balcony was great. The panoramic restaurant offers a great sunset view as well. The room was missing nothing. If I had to try to find something to improve, I would say the aircon was a bit noisy in our room, and the system to connect to the WiFi and hotel app is a bit difficult . But that's it . We will 100% come back and we thank the staff warmfully.

Nothing, honestly . It is the best hotel of Khon Kaen by far, and we know them all quite well.

The location is the best location in KhonKaen province. It is near to everything even Starbucks and 7-11 moreover you ate able to find local restaurant around the hotel which were very good. The room was very very good and uniquely design. I suggested everybody to request the room that has balcony on the east side if possible. The breast was incredible. It looked not much but here is Thailand!!!. All the food in the breakfast buffet line were incredibly delicious!!! I have to say that this hotel is the best if you have a plan to visit KhonKaen.

The only thing that I really want to suggest the hotel is "please build the Sauna and Steam room near the fitness". I think these will attracted more travelers.

First time staying at this hotel and certainly won’t be the last time. This is a great place to stay in the heart of Khon Kaen. We were greeted with a lovely warm welcome by all of the staff downstairs - both the security and the reception staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good amenities. The Infinity pool gives the best views of Khon Kaen - it feels like you’re swimming into the horizon. They have a skywalk on the same floor over the other side which is great and not for the faint-hearted. We loved the roof top bar, this was a highlight. Max was excellent and made us feel very welcome and took the time to talk with us and give recommendations of the city. Aom-am was also great in looking after us and always made sure we had the best service, she was our favourite. Also not forgetting the cocktail maker Nueng , really nice guy and amazing cocktails. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel, it made it a pleasurable experience and we will see you again soon.

Perhaps the breakfast could have been better. Wasn’t the best.

Liked the swimming pool, centrally located, only a short distance to nightlife, food, night market, convenience stores are 2 minute walk, money changer is 1 minute walk and there aren't many $ changers in KK, hotel gym is well equipped

The rooftop venue was very quiet, the DJ was playing to an almost empty venue. It should be bustling, needs better promotion as it's a great space for evening/night venue. They get some sell out Thai local acts but it's very quiet in between and there is so much untapped potential. Mind you I was happy caning 2 for 1s with great company and enjoying the chilled atmosphere. I think lots of hotels in Thailand favour large government and group bookings over individuals. I don't know if that happened in this case, but it was unfortunate that as a returning customer I couldn't extend the booking and had to go elsewhere.

Reaching the room can be a bit time-consuming, as you need to take one elevator up to the restaurant on the 27th floor, walk through the restaurant, and then take another elevator down to your room. The car park lacks EV charging facilities. Room air conditioner can be noisy at night.

Amazing hotel. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were excellent. The bathroom was like none I've used before - everything to the highest standard and specification. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional - great selection of delicious food. It is the first hotel I ever stayed in that had homemade kombucha as one of the drinks at the breakfast.

Some rooms have unusual configurations. Work space was awkward. Bed had unusual side boards that made getting into and out of bed a challenge. If you are older or have mobility issues, confirm that you will have access to suitable sleeping arrangements. Getting from street level to your room requires two elevator rides.

There was a wide selection of breakfast options. Fantastic staff. The location was great as was the pool area and the gym.

It was clearly a design feature but the "unfunished" celing in the room and plain concrete ceiling in the balcony area felt a little odd. Almost like they are still jobs on the to do list as opposed to the finished look. The elevator switch from the groundfloor to the rooms, via the restaurant was a little strange and awkard when dragging luggage through. The only other issue was the leaking bidet tap in the bedroom (room 2116)

Beautiful property, lots of beautiful views and close to all shopping. The restaurants and cafe in the hotel are some of the best in the city, and that’s what you can expect.

Getting to the room is a bit time consuming. To get to many of the rooms you have to go all the way up to the restaurant (Floor 27 I think), then walk through the restaurant, to elevators down to your room. We have stayed 3 times so this is not a one off.
