From the Front Desk to Housekeeping, from the Kitchen staff to Food & Beverage, the entire staff went above and beyond the call of duty. To name all the people would be difficult, but some names that have stuck due to personalized service, are Ganesh, Ashish, Shakti & Champati. Food comes first, so they made meals especially to suit our peculiar preferences. Thank you. Shrirupa took such great care of us, as did her team - Shamita, Nandini, Rohit & Swarna. At the front desk, Ritayan, Vedika, Saswati, Rahul, Vikas, Abhishek, Sachin & Niladri were wonderful. Niladri even helped us out of a tight spot. Thank you. Nirmalaya, Powrnami, Ankush & Abhik were great. A hotel is excellent thanks to staff who go the extra mile. We even had a good chauffeur through Trident. Jagdish bhai was courteous all through our travels. Trident is our go to hotel chain. Keep up the standards. You do stand apart even among other 5 star hotel chains we have stayed with. The property is elegant, classy.

Lovely property and great ambiance. It gives a truly royal feeling when you arrive and the grandeur is the hallmark of all Oberoi properties. Staff are very welcoming and make you feel comfortable right away. They go the extra mile to make sure that you are comfortable and enjoying your stay always asking if there is anything you can do to make it better. Lovely pool area although we could not enjoy any of it due to the rainy weather. Would look forward to our next stay. AT THE TRUE HIGHLIGHT IS THE FOOD!!! Chef Shakti and his team are absolutely FANTASTIC at their cullinary art. We ate almost all our meals over 3 days at the hotel and not once were we disappointed..always being delighted by the quality, taste and flavours be it local or international cuisine!!

The property while grand is old and its fixtures, fittings and bathrooms need an verhaul and modernization. Sockets are not in convenient locations, switches are independent and haphazard and master switch is not a master switch. So while it looks beautiful and royal, it is not what a modern day traveller would expect. Took the time to share the feedback with their staff Ms Shri who is exceptional in taking on board all the feedback patiently and with all humility!

A beautiful property surrounded by vast well manicured gardens. The room was very well equipped with all the necessary amenities and accessories. the decor in the hotel and room was very modern with an excellent blend of old temple designs and decor to reflect the city and state known for its famous temples. Check in was smooth and the morning breakfast was very well laid out. Warning for the non-vegetarians... there is not too much of variety except for eggs available in the non-veg menu. One of our colleagues had dinner at the hotel too which was a nice veg local thali with local delicacies'.

We could have stayed a couple of days more to enjoy the property and the touristic sites the state has to offer/ terms of price with regards to the rest of the city, this was a bit on the expensive side, but not ridiculously high. the bathroom was a bit small.

The staff at Trident Bhubaneswar right from the front desk till the gardeners are the most professional and warmest people you would experience in this industry. The restaurant staff and chefs are very attentive and intent to make sure you are enjoying all that the hotel has to offer. The well manicured garden is a respite to city dwellers. I loved spending time in their garden to just listen to birds chirping. All the best to you all and hope you continue to excel in your work.

I feel they could invest in an elevator, for guests with disabilities it could be a hindrance

I loved the fresh vegetarian options. The food was very healthy with plenty of options.

From my whole experience, the only down side was the air conditioning in the restaurant of an evening for dinner was too cold. For other people it probably was fine. In order to deal with the cold we ended up dining in our room so the problem was solved.

Breakfast varieties are good, and the Chef's & the team's personal touch in ensuring all guests are served with smile is an interesting component!

Although there is no major observation as specific towards not like, I might recommend few improvements for example, the refurbishment work/ or maintenance work could be done with less noise/ or less disturbances.

Excellent stay as usual! Trident Bhubaneshwar looks absolutely lovely because of the low-rise architecture and beautiful gardens. The rooms are very nice, though a tad small. The food is very good and the service is exceptional....from the security guard at the door, to the reception, to the concierge, room service to the restaurant staff. We totally love it here.

A victim of its own success! It is always difficult to get rooms!

This is the best hotel I have been too in my entire life. The staff was friendly and warm-hearted and at the same time extremely efficient and well-trained. Food and drinks were excellent. The building is beautiful and spacious. The park is so beautiful for quiet walks, and you can even see beautiful butterflies there. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is very nice and close to the temples in dowtown.

There is nothing negative.

Everything from the behaviour of the staff, to the cleanliness of the room and the hotel, to the prompt and courteous service at the front desk made us feel that we had made the right choice. The location is excellent. Its a central area in Bhubaneswar - close to Acharya Vihar / Jaydev Vihar on one side and Patia / Chandrasekharpur on the other. It is a hop skip and jump from XIM Bhubaneswar. They have a pool, bar and a restaurant but we did not really eat at the restaurant apart from breakfast. Breakfast included a mix of Western and Indian offerings. The live counter menu was extensive. We also noticed a gym and business center. So, all in all this hotel is well equipped. However, what we liked the most was the SERVICE. All the staffers were courteous. They welcomed us warmly and took care of all our requests. Definitely recommend this hotel for business/leisure travellers.

The staff specially at the restaurant was very good and cordial. The chef was just excellent and we like the food very much. The room was very comfortable. Overall the experience was excellent and my wife and I enjoyed thorougly
