Hotel Sarah is a great option for a comfortable stay around the Heinsberg area. The rooms are very clean and the hotel offers free parking. The check-in and check-out process went automatically online and through the digisafe, which made the process very convenient (especially during our late check-in).

To our liking the pillows were too soft and not that comfortable. Following the instructions in the room, there should have been spare pillows available in the drawer of the bed, however the drawer was unfortunately empty.

Fantastic hotel - very easy to find. Easy check in and out. Great location for us. Hotel was very clean with lots of little additional amenities to make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated access to the coffee machine and being able to sit outside of an evening. Breakfast was superb with a great variety to choose from. Room was cleaned every day. Air conditioning unit was very welcome. Will definitely stay again.

It was clean and bright and the AC worked well! It was HOT! Breakfast was fresh and plentiful! Sarah was there every morning to answer question and make us feel “at home”.

Reception not open on arrival - essentially get code to open key box. No restaurant (think with enough advance notice hotel can arrange food) Not related to the hotel: but unless have reason to be in Dremmen not a place to casually visit plus food options essentially limited to take-aways.

The staff was really kind, helpful and made us feel at home in their hotel. The hotel is spotless and located among beautiful surroundings. The breakfast was also really good with a vide variety of food served where I am sure you can choose something you like.

Check-in super easy, room very clean and modern furniture (the bed is so comfortable!). A very very good experience!

The check-in close at 9pm in the description, but, in the email sent to me, it was at midnight. I was a little bit confuse.

This is an incredible find with a young entrepreneurial owner & parents helping with cooking and bar. Perfect English spoken, nothing was too much trouble from a warm welcome and offer of a beer to the great food, comfortable beds and extremely clean environment. Parking free and all facilities on site are excellent. We were even offered a packed lunch at reasonable cost (with filled rolls, boiled eggs, cold drinks, chocolates, fruit & crisps) to make our onward journey easy. Rooms were well equipped with nice little extras - ear plugs (not needed!) toiletries & vanity packs all included. Location 4 hours from port so makes a great transit stopover. Highly recommended and a perfect base to stay over or explore the local area.

My flight was delayed, we arrived at the hotel at 04AM, we found the keys at the box in front of the door with the code the hotel gave us before, everything was great the staf, the hotel, the breakfast and the coffe. We truly recomend this hotel

The staffs are really nice and friendly. I travelled for business and stay there for 1 night. The place is clean, comfortable and in a good location. I will select Sara Hotel again if I travel there again.
