breakfast superb, staff so friendly from the gate to the counter, rooms clean I loved the view from fourth floor yah, environment is very welcoming it sets the mood for your stay. I will definitely book Hilton again.

nothing ,it catered everything for the value of money I paid. out side the hotel we struggled with mobile networks, we struggled to reach some of the places we planned to go to. if maybe the hotel can be in partnership with local service providers to keep sim cards so to make it easy get from there.

All most everything, the hospitallity, people smile, the way they clean the room are fantastic, the locatoin was really appreciated between the crew, for my thirst time I can say they are keeping the standards

One think I doin´t understand is the fact that mostly the hotel have dificulty to manage cash payment when is about dollars or even Euros, cause as far I believe Booking.com works with nacianal banks so we believe that the price in the page should be the one we have to pay for the Hotel and also the type of Room, so I can book for cartain type of Room and the Hotel offers me another type.

The room size 😍 and the bathroom with shower 🛁 wow and is at my favorite town mbabane. Even if i didn't get enough time to go around the place. Good place to take pictures 📸. Wi-Fi was best 👌 in the everything is there.

I wanted to express my disappointment with my recent dining experience at your establishment. Unfortunately, the meal we ordered did not meet expectations. Specifically, we ordered beef cooked medium rare but received what appeared to be an extremely tough steak—possibly one of the most difficult cuts I’ve encountered. Even my guests commented on the quality of the food, which was surprising, especially considering that Africa is renowned for its excellent meat. To top it off, the high price made the experience feel even more disheartening. I trust this feedback helps in improving your offerings, and I hope for a better experience should I decide to visit again.

The location was perfect near shops and other amenities as well as the breakfast including all the mails was ok. The environment is so clean, and security is good. The staff are equally friendly and very helpful

It should be made clear if breakfast is not included in the booking as opposed to be told when you arrive, during booking the breakfast was included but only to be told when you arrive that it's not part of the room. Being a Brade as hiltone management should not be hiking the price based on the demand or event taking place in the city.

Breakfast was always nice, though improvement is necessary. If I'm there for a week it would be unfair to eat same meal, we can alternate the following Mince Chicken livers Mince Mushrooms Hash brown Beans Eggs, bacon I'm okay with daily

On Saturday someone left his/her TV on, it awakes me around 02:00, it was so loud more than a tarven sound, I was so miserable and that was my birthday so my day was a mess because of that, Maybe sound proofs are necessary. Also when a neighbour flushes you become aware.

This was my fourth stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Mbabane since April 2022. Each visit has been outstanding. The staff are all excellent. The go our of their way to assist you. The rooms are excellent, airy, clean with a great desk to work at. The front desk staff were very helpful. The room cleaner was excellent as were all the staff at the hotel. A real five star hotel!

I cannot think of anything that could have been improved. It was a wonderful stay with excellent staff, excellent room, excellent food and restaurant. Cannot think of a thing I did not like. Thank you.

Room is spacious and comfortable, the view is amazing and the location is just perfect. Staff is friendly and professional, the response on WhatsApp was quick despite the fact that it was quite busy.

Booking.com showed me pictures of a bathtub but when I got there, my bathroom only had a shower.was quite disappointed as I had booked that room specifically for that. Also there was a mixed up of access cards, our card ended up locking us out

From the time we walked in, the staff at the reception were warm and very professional. We also received a brief orientation of the facility. At the restaurant, Buyisizwe and Smangele made us love the place even more. They even made my birthday on the 28th to be a special one. I will definitely come back to Hilton because of those two. They treated us like royalty

Breakfast was good, however, I expected the place to meet international standard in food choices like options of Gluten-, Lactose free products, decaffeinated choice of hot beverages. it is a new place of stay, so that should be considered to accommodate the new lifestyle of people around the world.
