I loved the friendliness of the staff- from the reception to Housekeeping to Security Personnel. They are always ready with beaming smiles! The breakfast is always fantastic! The WiFi is on superspeed.

My first experience with the hotel was on the newly renovated rooms, it was extremely beautiful! Went back there just to experience that beauty only to be placed on one of the smallest, outdated hotel rooms 😭😭😭. It's still clean and everything works well but that was underwhelming for me. Also the TV could be better.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for your exceptional service. Due to a funeral we were attending, we were unable to have breakfast as usual. However, when we requested a packaged breakfast, your team responded quickly, efficiently, and with such kindness. Your willingness to accommodate us during a difficult time did not go unnoticed, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. It made a big difference to our day. Thank you once again for your outstanding hospitality.

Friendly and professional staff and safe neighborhood. Variety of breakfast options, strategic location with close proximity to the mall. The room was spacious and blankets and linen were fresh and smelled great.

Airport transfers can be improved. The wifi was not working some time and frustrated us as business people. The Casino people were disruptive sometimes. The generator took some time to kick in after load shedding

Cleaning lady knocking in the morning around 8:30am, what was the hurry,and on last day she started cleaning before us removing our luggage around 9 am. It became a race to get out of the room before she comes to clean every morning 😭

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was exceptionally good. The bar area was very nice to relax in and was very well maintained. The location was great, being that we could walk across the road to the shopping center.

The hotel rooms need more maintenance and better furnishings. They could also do with a few more facilities such as a gym etc.

Breakfast buffet was well packed and very presentable. The staff are the epitome of excellence, they are superb. The fine dining restaurant has lovely food at reasonable prices and the service is that of 5-star hotels. The rooms are spacious and very clean.

The rooms are far from the dining area, also the passageways are dull and dimly lit...not too bad, but it gets a bit creepy at night if you walking back to your room. The rooms are very expensive for a 4 star hotel

Breakfast was good. Staff is friendly. Location is great. Buffet dinner was great with a lot of options, value for money. Pool was very clean.

The bathroom in one of the rooms I booked can be revamped. Bath and basin waste are old and even lost their colour. Mirror is cracked. Door frame is rusted, door underneath is damaged. Wi fi connection was not great.

Reception staff was great. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable...

Not much variety for breakfast. No control of drunk & noisy guests. Everything is out of stock. Food, drinks, desserts... Wifi not working most of the time

Peace and comfort

We could not have our drinks that we brought from home. The hotel sells Hunters Gold in a bottle and I do not like it at all, I prefer the can

I was upgraded to a superior room which excited my expectations. It was a beautiful room, very clean and comfortable.

The restaurant could implement a daily special on the ala carte menu which could be under E100. 00 thus ensuring that guests choose to spend their money at the hotel as opposed to the Gables.
