I loved having a handicap room. My husband had surgery and it was great that he didn't have far to walk. I'm so used to having a tub chair and it was easy to take a shower, being able to sit down while washing my hair. Breakfast was great, having a choice between waffles or biscuit and gravy. The orange juice was good. The room was clean, the halls were clean and the entryway was also clean.

Just a special kudos to the kind woman when we checked out. She sent us to the "round about" and it took us away from all of the road construction in town, and swung right back around where we needed to go!!! Thank you so much!!!

We would really appreciate knowing ahead of time that there is a $20 per pet fee. Now, it was waived without even asking about it, by another very nice woman. Which, thank you so much!!! All the website said was pet friendly. It didn't state we needed to declare them (which we had anyway) or the fee. That way it is our choice if we want to pay more than half of our room charge..in a pet fee, or choose someplace else. Our dogs are small and sleep in their kennels.

The pool and hot tub were nice.

Our room was near the stairs so you either had to take your luggage up and down stairs or you had to walk a really long way from the other end of the hotel to use the ramp. You also felt like you were in the basement.

The availability for a last-minute reservation was amazing. As well as the continental breakfast in the morning! The coffee was a bit strong like oil and reminded me of the military, but I guess that’s an easy fix. The night hostess was really friendly even though she was very difficult to reach when we arrived – – she was on her rounds and the cell signal is very bad to reach her. They might want to work on using a Wi-Fi extender for their phone service. We waited 10 minutes to get checked in for her to come back. I also love the fact that they are pet friendly. The rooms might need a bit of an extra floor cleaning after guests with Pets stay in a room like a quick shampooing of the carpet. My dog never had an accident but she was very paranoid in the room of all the smells on the floor.

The flooring between each level was noisy. Some of the guests were being disruptive in the parking lot

bed was comfortable. shower was hot with good pressure. breakfast was decent. staff was friendly.

our room was in dire need of a good renovation or just a major deep cleaning. there were spots that looked like dried blood on the ceiling. all the lamp shades were stained. one of chairs was old enough that the vinyl had worn off in areas.

The building has clearly been around awhile but the furnishings were all updated and it was clean and pretty quiet. Our room was half the cost of other hotels in town and a very good value for the money.

Some items at breakfast were not fresh.

Perkins Restaurant---Meals were great!~ ARby's Restaurant lunches were excellent. Pizza Ranch for Supper was also excellent.

Simply could NOT locate the Friday nite SD SEniors Function Dinner location. Restaurants I asked did not even know that the Sr. Function was going on!

The Staff were very helpful and great in checking in. Last night a staff was coming down the hall and I asked where the vending machines were. He took me down the hall and showed me where they were. Amanda was very helpful in making reservations for us in a couple of weeks.

That the handicap room was taken but we did get a room on first floor.

The handicap room was very easy toget to. Having the ramp was great. The room was large and comfortable. Having a king size bed was fabulous. Staff was very friendly and professional.

The toilet was small. Especially in the handicap room. Should be a bit bigger. Should have another handicap parking spot.

Had pool, internet, breakfast,ample parking for boats and trailers, location. Also put in all new mattresses during my stay. Staff was courteous and hard working. Great value. Would definitely stay again.
