Staff conversations and assistance excellent ! Cleanliness of room and daily room care ! Breakfast options great !

Having the availability of an extra roll-away bed for child was great, but it was sized for rooms that are larger than the double queen room we were in. The roll-away bed would be much better if more the width of a large adult camping cot. Difficult to fit in room well. Breakfast needs a gluten free options, and a better quality of meat.

This property is so clean and the staff is very friendly! The property is located near Aldi, Hobby Lobby, Walmart, gas stations, smoke shops, liqour stores, and many fast food restaurants. Heated pool, which was an incredible surprise, and a relaxing hottub! Breakfast was very yummy. Cinnamon rolls as advertised -very delicious- pork sausage, scrambled eggs, omelets, cereal, fruit, pancake maker, bread, muffins, pastries, juice, coffee, etc. The staff even comes and takes your plates away occasionally which I thought was so nice of them!

One of the cleanest properties I’ve ever stayed at! It’s either new or updated, but either way it was so clean and well kept!! Bathroom was spacious, bed was SO COMFY, breakfast was hot and had great options for every member of the family, and the property was one of the quietest I’ve ever witnessed. Staff was knowledgeable & took the time at check in to ask for preferences on rooms- super plus. Location is close to food & right next to an ALDIs. This would be my pick in Watertown everytime!

The staff was absolutely outstanding. The facility was very up to date. It was extremely clean and breakfast was great. This was our second stay there and when we go back we're staying there again.

We honestly found no faults with this Holiday Inn.

This is a very nice hotel with everything you want from a roadside stop. Clean rooms with big bathrooms. Great beds with good pillows and linen. Rooms seemed virtually new. Breakfast was very good and coffee was always available. Highly recommnended.

A little bit of a drive to the good restaurants in the town, but it is super convenient to freeway.

Staff was extremely kind and friendly.

Breakfast was so so. We had a long stay and altered same things every other day. Boyfriend picked due to the better breakfast option but was left unsatisfied with it. Did not eat at hotel after first day.

I thought the hotel was brand new with the no-scratch counter in bathroom, no water spots plenty of towels

Uncomfortable chair in corner, very low toilet, shower head did not have enough water to rinse off and table between beds only had two plugs, one for the clock and one for sleep machine BUT we have 2 sleep machines we travel with.

Breakfast was fantastic,some of the best quality of food I have had.

Need a bubble mat in the shower,shower was slippery.someone in there could fall and get hurt.

Very clean and decorated very nicely. The beds were fantastic and the staff was excellent. They even had a gift for our two-year-old granddaughter, and she was so excited.!

Breakfast was good~fabulous staff! Would appreciate gluten-free bread/options. Comfortable beds/pillows and nice pool.

Onsite bar or restaurant for evening relaxation would be nice. More welcoming outdoor lounge area could be incorporated (shade, flowers, etc.)
