It exceeded my expectations for the price. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautifully renovated bathroom that added a nice touch. One of the standout features was how quiet it was, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Plus, it was conveniently located just a short drive from downtown, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay!

Nothing much to add, just the door lock had some issues to unlock it as it was upside down.

Only thing that I noticed was that the bathroom floor was not very clean. Not terrible but more attention to cleaning it would have been better

The location was great! There were restaurants within walking distance and a convenience store located right beside it. When walking in I could see that the lobby was clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice. As we were walking to our room the hallways smelled really clean, like fabric softener and when we got inside the room it had the same scent. I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel and if I have to go back to Charlotte, I will definitely stay here again.

They need more choices of menu items on their Continental breakfast bar.

All modern, new and clean. Person on desk was terrific. Really good location right at highway and short walk to Starbucks.

It was a great value and great location. Very clean and quiet. Staff was good and polite.

They only that i didn't like was that for a newly renovated hotel. My room door lock wouldn't lock and they didn't have another handicap room on the 1st floor. They only had another one on the 3rd floor but that was the pet friendly floor. So I stood on the 1st floor one but because the door wouldn't lock i had to only put latch that wasn't very sturdy so I didn't feel completely safe in room 103.

Super cozy and comfortable. The room was warm, clean, everything new. Very comfortable bed and clean sheets. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs. Right next to a gas station shop and to a fast food restaurant, but also close, at a walking distance (about 10 min), to Food Lion supermarket and to some other restaurants. As, well, not far from the city center - 10 min driving distance. I would return here!

The breakfast probably felt short and there were no proper cups for the coffee.

This place was brand new! The shower drain cover still has the transparent blue sticker on it. The room design was refreshing, it had a little window bench which I really appreciated. The layout was great and the lighting was well thought out. The outside of the Microtel was also very thoughtful- there was a pavilion located in a shady part of the property as well as dog waste bags and water bowls nearby. The location was perfect as it was near a gas station, Waffle House, and highway but there were also trees all around the perimeter so traffic noise was not an issue. They also offered breakfast which consisted of cereal, waffles, yogurt, and coffee among other staples. I didn’t quite catch the name of the gentleman that helped us at the front desk but he was very professional and warm. I wish we were able to stay longer!

Everything was great!

This hotel is Extremely clean which made this such a comfortable stay. The rooms smelt clean, looked clean, felt clean. Shower was very clean and hallways. Staff was friendly and the parking lot was lit nicely and felt safe. Good cable tv. Comfortable bedding. Cold AC.

Pool was closed kinda early as it was still 90 degrees out but closed for season. The breakfast could have been better. Styrofoam plates bowls and cups were kinda of cheap and off putting. Peanut butter in a weird squeeze packet. Just not many options at all for breakfast.

My review is based on the room I stayed on second floor. For the first time staying at this hotel in Charlotte - NC. The front desk personnel were great and pleasant. The room was clean and well kept, bed was comfortable, clean and very relaxing. They will do your room and change towels every three days only but will do more often up request. Their breakfast is very basic but good quality and fresh. The location is extremely good with a lot free parking. There is not a 24 hs front desk. It closes at 9:00 PM and you will need a magnetic key to have access to the building. Elevator work good and is available to all floors. There was only one thing that I did not liked: the two magnetic keys for my room and entrance door had to be re-magnetized three times because it stopped working. I would recommend this hotel to others.
