Lots to like in this hotel. It was sooo comfortable, great mattresses, towels, open shared spaces. Best things for me where the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my new husband and I feel good staying there while on honeymoon. The massages in their spa were fantastic and not expensive like many other hotels. If you're time poor, I would highly recommend using the tour company they are affiliated with. They are based in their foyer. We used them to sort out our whole itinerary and got us a spot at a hard to get into winery with 2 days notice! We will absolutely come back again.

I would say the only things I didn't like were that the rooms didn't have an iron, kettle and that the gym only opens at 9am, so you can't train early before your tours.

The hotel is comfortable rooms are ok. it is sad the hotel haven't got a restaurant anymore, but there are plenty of restaurants nearby in the centre of Mendoza. Breakfast was ample. lots of choices on fresh fruits, cereals, yoghurts, and also breads and eggs. The personnel were excellent. The reception people we spoke to, 3 different young men, were great. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making our stay a success. We can recommend this hotel for a couple of days stay.

Some minor points, the reception desk was on a slightly raised area. People frequently tripped on this 10 cm heigh obstacle and it would be best if the hotel would remove this obstacle.

I picked the hotel based on its proximity to the public hospital. The staff were outstanding. My 1 week stay turned into 3 but I always felted welcomed by the staff.

The location is a little far from the main tourist attractions. Also, while the breakfast was excellent the hotel did not have a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

Room was excellent very comfortable and clean an amazing lobby and the staff were very helpful.

The coffee at breakfast wasn't great but other than that breakfast was good

The room was really comfortable, as the beds. Air conditioning was really nice and saved us in a week that was really hot. Staffing was lovely and welcoming. The agency in the lobby is very nice and practical.

Breakfast was not bad, but was not amazing. I think it can be improved.

Great location as it is a short walk to the centre. Concierge was very helpful for booking a tour to the Bodegas. Also good location when you have a rental car as it’s not far to the motorway.

Air condition was very cold in the breakfast room. If you have a room with connecting doors and you haven’t booked these two rooms you can hear everything from the room next door.

Very clean and new. Great pool area. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.

It was a little bit far from the centre. Not much around there.

only thing I would complain about is the sound proof/insulation. You can hear the cars and the neighbor room quite well.. it's fine with earplugs but...
