The general impression is wonderful: nice place, green territory, friendly staff, marvellous view to the lake, cosy big room, free parking, free tickets to regional transport. The hammock is top :) The whole concept is made with love and relax. We've definetely enyoed it!

- Wellness stuff should be ordered beforehand and it is closed already at ca. 21 PM (if I'm not wrong) – so not really flexible and we could not try it :( - No air condition in the room (only heating) - Very early check out (at 10:30), no possibility to prolongue it (even for 1-2 hours und even for money) - The 17,5-euro-breakfast is tooo much expensive – even if it were great, I doubt about the value for money (we haven't tried)

Very nearly everything. The staff is _VERY_ friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice, clean and big, the beds comfortable, with the mattress being of just the right hardness: not too soft, not too hard, perfect for a good, restful sleep. There is also a hammock on the balcony for the occasional daytime nap, rest or reading. The hotel is in a generally quiet location, so if you also have good weather, you can enjoy the mediterranean atmosphere without much interruption (there are some private homes next to the hotel that can be sources of some noise but that's not too bad). The breakfast is very good, with a wide selection of the usual articles you would expect - also including some extras like in-house, freshly made smoothies (make sure to try the carroty one - it's very good). Also, the hotel's own restaurant (the same where you can enjoy the breakfast) is very good (though a bit expensive), with some quite unique dishes (like coconut-orange soup with shrimp) - well worth a try (though there also many other restaurants within walking distance). The wifi is generally robust, although don't try to make video calls through it. After an OK few minutes, it will start to lag seriously. The windows have blinds that can be controlled via panels on the on the wall. They work generally well, but if you get a storm with strong winds, they will automatically retract if you've let them down previously and you won't be able to let them down again until the storm passes.

I'd really like to know why or how, back in the planning stages, ANYONE could have thought that a sliding glass door that - is only partially opaque - can't even be slided in all the way to the wall, leaving a gap at the side - can't be locked would be a great idea for a toilet room. (I understand the space constraints, so the sliding solution itself is not the problem, just the other listed factors.) There are people who like their privacy for taking care of their toilet business. For them, a toilet room with a door like this is hell. Good thing that there was at least a nice, clean public toilet room in the hotel too, not _too_ far away from the room, which had a perfectly good, solid, lockable door.

Everything. Beautiful location. Beautiful rooms. Wonderful hammock on the balcony to relax in. Amazing food in the restaurant with local wine from the island. Sadly one of the saunas in the spa area was out of order, but the rest of the spa was clean and modern and relaxing.

Some tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have made it even better :)

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were clean and modern.

The toilet set up in the rooms is a bit strange, directly off the bedroom with just a glass door (only partly frosted) separating you. No kettle or fridge in the room.

Very friendly staff, delicious and fresh breakfast (made out of fruits/vegis from the island). Great location of the facility and parking opportunities. We liked to seating outside also very much.

The room could have been a bit cleaner.

Clean efficient, fantastic terrace for meals, friendly = loved the staff. No English forced me to speak German - loved it.

Loud wedding. No proper fridge, kettle or air con. No swimming pool.

Excellent and quiet location to discover the island and the beautiful towns around the Bodensee. Loved the food and the service.

The rooms are functional but not more than that. A fridge would have been a plus.
