Good location, restaurant staff polite and helpful,, pretty good breakfast (vegetables on buffé would make it great). The play area for kids is definitely a plus, for us who spend 2 out of 5 days with rain, it was really nice to have it.

Quite noisy in the evenings from the bars around and hotels shows which last until 23-23:15. Hotel rooms might be a quite old, but yes, it's a 3 star hotel... And cleaning personal comes everyday for making up the room.

Very good localisation, the beach is really near. The breakfast was awesome, one of the bests in Rimini. Everyday cleaning, safe parking, nice rezeptionists.

The room was actually well-sized, there was an extra bed for a third person, but it would have been too small for 3. Instead of that bed we would have preferred an extra wardrobe/commode. The bar is a little bit loud, but with closed windows it was okay :)

nice building, reception kind but little bit problem with English. but we make it through with translator so I wasn't a big problem. most of the room was clean nice see view.

underneath bed there was a lot of dust. the guy who was hosting breakfast was very strange. he behaved like he was there against his will. not good impression. he was loud cleaning tables, and his look at costumers was rude. some other costumer sat by himself at the 6 person table and he make him change it with the worst attitude. there is a nicer way to ask someone politely to change the table. maybe he had a bad day but it was uncomfortable.

The location was great, the view was amazing, and the food was delicious.

The bed was not very comfortable, but everything else about the hotel was fantastic.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a good, extensive breakfast. Rooms are fine, a small bathroom but it is all working and clean. Our room was cleaned well every day. Location is at the boulevard and close to the beach.

The single beds are comfortable but could have been slightly larger. The hooks to hang any coats in the room were all broken and needed to be replaced. Just a minor detail.

Very nice and big room in the 7th floor with nice views of the sea from the balcony!

Unfortunately it seems the climate was regulated to around 23-25 degrees, we woke up at around 3:40 in the morning full of sweat because the room was hot.

We liked the room, the terrace and the breakfast was excellent and the location is great

The hotel had a problem with the fire alarm and the ventilation, which made the room too hot.

Very good location, all amenities accessible within the property and around. Close to shops and nice restaurants. Breakfast was really nice too. Bonus swimming pool.
