It is a beautiful resort right at the beach with comfortable rooms and a pretty view. The staff are lovely and helpful. It is a great hotel for the price!

The food was mediocre at best, the beach was a bit dirty although that is not their fault. The pool does not get cleaned often enough and has only a few umbrellas for shade. Worst of all they played the same two songs on a loud speaker for half of the day, it got truly annoying.

Beautiful location with a stunning private beach. The sand and the water is so clear. The hotel is a far away from the city and hence a perfect choice to have a peaceful family stay. Decent vegetarian and local options available in the menu. Breakfast was decent though.

The rooms are not so big and clean. There was dust and dirt around the corners and also found few. The sofa on the balcony was dirty too. It seems as if pool was not maintained and cleaned on regular basis.

It's right on the side of the road so it's s very nice. The lobby is pretty, very nic, friendly n helpful staffs, the bed is extra large, very useful n safe to sleep with your infant in the middle.. there are delicious restaurants next to the hotel

The shower in my bedroom took too long to be warmed. I found some ants crawled on the bed, n there's no light in the hallway so it's pretty dark at night.

Amazing view, friendly staff, excellent breakfast with a lot of varieties (from light meals, mains to cakes), facilities available were sufficient for a staycation if that’s what you feel like doing.

Bathroom could have been cleaner. In ours, the knob to switch between handheld and rain shower wasn’t working so both were always on at the same time (not ideal for a quick rinse after the beach). Please also switch on the hallway lights, as it was a bit creepy walking to/from our room at night.

The rooms and facilities are well maintained. the room was comfy and spacious. the beach is a bit rocky when low tide, but is beautiful. the staff is friendly

the service at the restaurant was very slow and not well organized. we ordered some food and after 30 minutes they waiter comes back to tell us that it was sold out and we had to order something else. it took 1 hour to get food, partially cold. this happened 2 more times during the stay so we decided to go outside the hotel for the next meals.

The bed was large and comfortable. We loved the fresh bingke cakes at breakfast. Most of all, the staff were incredible. My child got quite sick and they would drop everything to assist us in getting healthcare immediately.

The restaurant was sold out of some of the dishes.

obvious signs of wear and tear on the outdoor furniture getting shabby, the missing glass tops, the many missing pillows and the restaurant chair pillows being not very clean.

The staff were exceptional. I had little children with me and they did all they could to accommodate us.

Slightly run down in parts - but considering price and not a 5 star this is completely acceptable.

It is a beautiful and quiet hotel. Direct access to the white sand beach, with comfortable, beautiful relax chairs in front of the beach for sunbathing or for relaxing in the afternoon/morning. Nice pools. Friendly staffs. Free breakfast. The room include comfortable flipflop/sandals that you can use it outside the room, go to the pools or to walk on the beach. Nice rainshowers in bathroom.

This beautiful hotel is not well maintained. The rooms and the halls on our floor is not well/properly cleaned. The breakfast is so so. Not many options of food for breakfast and the taste is so so. There is no hairdryer in the room. Too bad due to covid situation, the spa facilities is stopped so we were not able to experience it.

Location bit too far end however the private beach was great and clean. Staff can be more friendly. Hotel was clean and my room facing the ocean, was awesome. Thank you, will recommend the hotel to my colleagues and friend.
