The Hotel itself is simple, but nice, well maintained. We had family room, it was pretty big, even if separete room was pretty narrow, suitable only for sleeping. In general very ok. The food was excelent, very nice breakfast and very good quality and taste bufet dinner. The servis was as well great. Pool area, except of sauna area, givs impression of a bit cold, not very cosy place, Some more plants or different arrangements of beds could make it look a bit better maybe. In general I liked very much big glasses windows and the wiev to the garden with palm trees. I foud also good that the place was absolutelly not overcrowded. Very peacefull even if we were there during all saints public holiday. There is a game room for kids with slides etc. , also nice bowling and biliard bar was fine. Evening life music was great as well.

It is not only at this place, I have experienced this small minus at quite a lot of places I've visited: too less towel racks/hooks. I am missing often that those who design the room think also about usability. Imagine 5 people with 5 towels and as well 5 bathrobes and at least 5 swimming suits after swimming. Where to hang it all? Second thing was that the animation for kids we haven not even noticed. I was missing some organized activities for kids. There was a program, but it was not really distributed or there was no invitation to it. Maybe the reception could inform guests at arrival about the possibilities and program for kids. (?)

Everything! Romantic, beautiful, great food, fun. The rooms are well designed, and were obviously planned by someone who actually stays in hotels a lot.

Please (!) consider having breakfast coffee (not coffee you have to pay extra for) available for those of us who are really early risers.

With helpful and kind staff, a great restaurant, and a well-equipped wellness area with a nice, green garden. The sauna land is fantastic with AWESOME sauna masters! Love, laugh, live! :)

Next to the city of Körmend, in the middle of nowhere in walking distance. Sauna Land unfortunately opens only at noon, while wellness is open from 9 to 20.

The only thing I would change it’s the late breakfast and the 10:30 check out . Breakfast starts at 7:30 which is pretty late for people that are awake at 5 or earlier …

Since the check-in till check-out all went smooth, Large parking space, wide variety of meals for the breakfast, perfect Spa, where you can indulge yourself and I would like to highlight an excellent vibe of sauna ritual, that was just one big show. Nicely furnished rooms with all you need from toilettries, bathrobe, towels, slippers. You can easily access spa from your room in a bathrobe, which is a big plus. Personally I can say this is a very nice 4* hotel up to my expectations and perfect value for the money.

Norbert at the restaurant is just a fantastic asset to this place, friendly and top service minded, real pleasure meeting him. Food is amazing, both for dinner and breakfast.

The wellness and the pools are great. The area for children in awesome.

There was a strange smell coming from the outside. Like a farm. And lots is flies in the bedroom. The maintenance can be improved.

everything in one place , some very helpful stuff

the young girl on the front counter is scary , she treats you like a customs officer! if we had of know how to get another hotel we would not have put up with her hostility, and gone else on the spot! she is more like a Robot! anyway all the rest of the people there are lovely and helpful.

Some of the furniture is quite worn.

We did like the rooms very much ,they were very clean and comfortable.

The wellness place have not many Options like other places and there was no swimming pool. Dinner was a bit surprising,it had not many choices to eat. Breakfast was although nice.
