Loved our stay here! The room had plenty of space with its own private balcony. The breakfast Maria prepared for us each morning was fantastic and very welcoming. Emilia was also great and very helpful with advice on how to get around. It was easy to reach different destinations either by bus (a stop only a few minutes away) or the train 10-15 minutes walk. We managed to do Path of the Gods (Bomerano to Positano), sorrento, Bagni Regina Giovanna via public transport. We also booked a private boat tour with hotel pick-up to explore the Amalfi Coast. I felt safe walking around (I was a little nervous with the traffic at first, but once you know where you're going and the general flow of traffic, I generally felt safe to walk around and explore). Wished we stayed a longer and explored even more.

The beds were a little harder than what i am used to, but I still loved my stay.

The property was in a great location to get transport to Sorrento and the other towns on the coast .Amelia was very helpful assisting us with booking trips and ensuring everything went smoothly. Maria ensured breakfast was well presented and ensured the rooms were spotless.We had 2 rooms which opened onto a terrace which was great for relaxing in the evening.Overall our stay was very enjoyable and would stay here again.

Emília was an amazing host! When we arrived she explained everything to us about the property, and gave us many tips regarding the places to visit. The breakfast is AMAZING! Plus: when staying in the property we have a very nice parking spot in Sorrento city center, which was really handy to us. Stunning view from the upper room. Will for sure come back to the place and recommend it to anyone going to Sorrento!

The airconditionair was not working properly, so worth it checking it.

Emilia was a wonderful host and was really great to deal with. The room was extremely spacious and very clean with a nice outdoor space. Breakfast was available every day and we were able to sit outside on a pretty patio. The part of Sorrento where this hotel is located is two quick train stops from the downtown. We enjoyed the fact that it is removed from the really congested part of Sorrento and provided a quiet, relaxed resting place after busy days of site seeing. The restaurant on property is outstanding and the staff was great!

Host was so helpful. Fast responsiveness via Whatsapp. Allowed us to park at gas station in Sorrento even on the day we checked out. Parking also on site. Massive rooftop terrace. Handy restaurant down stairs

Blue room is up a couple of narrow stair cases - a note for those with big luggages. Traffic noise can be heard, so wear ear plugs.

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable. The owner was very kind. Breakfast was very good. The location is ok, near to the train station and bus stop, the area is very nice. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is really comfortable and pleasant. We spent time with family and had a wonderful time there. Thank you.

Such a nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff - Emilia is very kind and helpful. She provided us with a detailed map of the area and marked down transit spots. She was very responsive over Whatsapp and over booking.com. Conveniently placed next to a store/market with good hours. Close to transit. There is also a restaurant built into the hotel/apartments.

Just a touch out of town, but transit is great.

We liked the room and also the discount on the restaurant which beside the accomodation.

We needed to hold the shower, because it was a handling shower. The air conditioning took a long to cool down the room.

We loved everything about our accommodation. The morning coffees made by the lovely Maria and our hostess Emilia who could not do enough for us. Breakfast was delicious, the room was perfect and we would definitely recommend Il Palmento Relais to everyone.

Clean, tidy, modern. Piano is a smaller town/village compared to Sorrento but has a few good quality restaurants (one is just downstairs).

Nothing. Being a small town, Piano has a taxi problem so book well in advance. The staff were very helpful generally (though needed prompting with this one thing).
