The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean. A quiet respite from the very busy city below. `

The hotel is somewhat hard to find; there is a keycode entry on the outside. Calling in is difficult due to loud street noise. The door access to the hotel is very small and hard to carry luggage through. The elevator also very small and requires coins to operate. Good news is there are stairs very accessible.

I just loved the view from my room. Everything was good. It was a perfect cozy space for two of us!! And it was a little ahead of the restaurants and the beach but that was just perfect as no rush and no hush. The hotel staff was very good in suggesting us good places to eat and all!!

There’s nothing not to like, but in Positano you have to be prepared for walking up and down a lot of stairs. It’s also difficult and expensive to park a car there.

The view was spectacular! The food but most importantly the staff was very hospitable, professional and so warm! They made the process so smoothly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay in Positano was unforgettable!

The room was really large and very comfortable. Very clean. The view was amazing with a corner double room that allowed a see view and mountain/village views.

The hotel was just opening back as we got there, it was understaffed for many people arriving at the same time. The receptionist had a lot to handle, phone, check-in, taking people to their rooms and parking!

We stayed in the deluxe annex with see view and a small balcony. The room was comfortable and spacious and also well equipped.

It’s a bit of a walk to the center. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. The bathroom didn’t have a space to put your cosmetic or a big mirror.

Best breakfast in Positano. Really good staff very helpful & professional especially Jade at check in and our waiter on breakfast.

Nothing to dislike the price is OK in comparison to others in the area.

A lovely family run hotel! professional staff who go above and beyond for guests. special mention to Claudia at the front desk, friendly and oh so helpful. would recommend the restaurant at the hotel really tasty food. there is a restaurant nearby called da vincenzo one of the best meals we had during our stay.

Nothing! however be prepared for STEPS! the walk from the main beach/ town involves lots of steps but the hotel has a bus stop outside. positano is built into cliffs so no surprise that the walk is quite steep.
