The roof top pool and terrace is lovely. The view was great. Plenty of space to use the pool and terrace. Location is good for restaurants, bit further out of main town area but we didn’t mind the walk. (Lots of steps to the beach though)

We had to move rooms as the room we originally booked was on level 1, which was right above the road, so extremely noise. The staff were extremely accommodating when we ask to be moved. As this was our honeymoon stay, they didn’t offer anything to celebrate it which other hotels on our trip had done which was bit of shame

Very authentic and beautiful hotel with the amazing terrace with a pool. The rooms and beds are super comfy, very spacious, nice decor. Breakfast super delicious with big variety of choices. Close location to main areas, including city center and the beach. The staff was great, special thanks to Francesca - she is a real Punta Regina’s guardian angel. The hotel allows staying after the check-out hours at the terrace and enjoy the swimming pool area - very kind, thank you!

consider the location of the room: those rooms that have windows going out to the main street can get a lot of outside noise (dear Punta Regina, maybe it’s possible to fix?)

Incredible breakfast with the most lovely staff taking care of you. Gorgeous views from the pool/balcony area, and a fantastic location in a beautiful town. Very much enjoyed our stay here!

The rooms were really noisy, and we were often woken up with outside noise in the middle of the night. Uncontrollable by the hotel of course.

The entire staff was amazing, especially Francesca and Guiseppe! I wish the pool was open all night because the views are SPECTACULAR. Fresh flowers, personal terrace, pool, taxi/dinner reservations - they have it all. I love that there is only a small group of guests, so the staff really get to know you and ask about your day. You don't get lost in the shuffle of hundreds of other people. I most definitely recommend Punta Regina and will make it a point to come back.

It was wonderful!! If I had to choose something, I would say have the pool open later and maybe a jacuzzi? I know some rooms have a jacuzzi so it's always an option if you really want one. Most people are out all day, so none of this is super important or necessary.

Location was good for views and accessing the main town square. Not too far up the hill of Positano so you could walk down to the beach and shops and still make it back up. All staff, with the exception of one seemingly bored and unhelpful woman at the front desk, was very caring and helpful.

Interiors could use an update.

The location, the views, the phenomenally professional and friendly staff. And the intimate size. Everything just worked. Oh! And the breakfast with the view and the head chef with his exceptional service. Wow!

Not much to complain. Maybe a atleast late night snacks room service would have been nice wasn't necessary though.

We loved our time here. The highlight was the rooftop where we enjoyed breakfast and relaxing before dinner each day. All the staff were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home - especially Francesca and Giuseppe! The location was perfect - walkable from anywhere in Positano, although the hotel felt like a refuge from the busy streets. The front desk helped us make all of our dinner reservations and we ate extremely well.

The best thing in the hotel is their amazing staff and service super helpful and nice. Great rooms and space and amazing view. Special thanks for the amazing chef and worker in the breakfast

I will be recommending this hotel to any family/friends that go to Positano! We had such an amazing experience here. The staff was so friendly we felt right at home, rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

We loved breakfast by the pool. Our server, "Slim", was very friendly and he provided great service. The pool is small but it has fresh water which was very nice and the views from the pool area are awesome.

The room was very nice and large with an awesome view but it could use some newer furnishings and there were some cobwebs in one of the light fixtures.
