It's a beautiful old hotel, well maintained and comfortable. It's a bit of a hike up from the road, but the gorgeous views from the breakfast room made it worthwhile. I liked being some distance removed from the overly touristy part of Positano, down by the beach. The breakfast was excellent, and the serving staff were very friendly and helpful.

The terrace view from our bedroom was a little blocked by a service building, so a room on a higher floor would've been better. I was disappointed that the beautiful rooftop bar was closed when we were there, but that's understandable as it was low season.

Just a gorgeous experience! All the staff were incredible and our room was small but gorgeous... with views to die for. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant location and decor were stunning. porter service was amazing and definitely needed.

Arrival was a bit confusing. We drove and it wasn't clear how to arrive. If driving, go directly to the car park you have booked and they will be able to drop you to the hotel entrance. there is restricted entry to the streets and no parking nearby. The hotel can offer a porter service which is awesome because the stairs up to the hotel were killer!

The staff were so friendly and made my boyfriend and I feel very welcomed. They have so many amenities to offer such as, complimentary beach towels, breakfast, luggage storage and assistance and the most amazing views from both the roof top bar and the balcony where breakfast is served.

Not a dislike, just something to note - the hotel has amazing views of the ocean but that means there are quite a few stairs to climb.

The view and the location was magic. The staff were amazing. They were so welcoming it felt like home. From the team that greeted us at street level to collect our bags to house keeping, we were well looked after. Laura was so lovely and helpful.

People will complain about stairs but you cannot stay in Positano without stairs. They helped us with the bags on our first day which we appreciated.

Every meal was delivered promptly and with a smile, showcasing not only delicious cuisine but also a commitment to exceptional service. Speaking of meals, the breakfast was a highlight of each day! The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, allowing us to start our mornings off on a delightful note. Moreover, the cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The art and decor throughout the hotel were simply stunning, resembling something straight out of an architectural digest magazine. Each piece felt thoughtfully curated, contributing to a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere. Overall, Hotel Casa Albertina exceeded all our expectations. It was a perfect blend of stunning views, top-notch service, and exquisite design. I can't wait to return!

We loved everything about this property! The hotel was immaculate, the staff were very personable and accommodating, the area was convenient to everything. The stairs leading down to the beach are just across the street from the hotel, the hotel breakfast was delicious, the rooftop bar has amazing views and atmosphere! We can’t say enough about how wonderful our few days were in Positano!

Nothing to dislike about this property!

We had a great view of the city and the sea from our balcony! The staff was very friendly and kind, the breakfast was good, great cappuccino, great homemade desserts! It was also very clean. It’s an old building, that’s why it’s even more special.

Nothing bad to say about the property, but about Booking. com!!! After we checked out I found on Google the official page of the hotel and got shocked and angry to see that the price per night, was almost HALF of what we paid through booking.com!!! How is this possible??? I knew they charge something extra, but to almost double the price??? It’s scandalous! It was mu fault I didn’t think to check before, but definetly will do that in the future! Very dissapointed!! So you guys be carefull when booking!!!

Quite simply when we entered our room the view took our breath away, the best view we've ever had. Our favourite moment of the holiday was having breakfast on this balcony. The staff couldn't have been any friendlier, giving advice on restaurants and beaches, we really didn't want to leave. If you come to Positano you MUST stay here!!

Location was amazing, Staff felt like speaking with family, accomodating and funny and very patient. The staff at the bar on the roof were an extra treat! great to talk to and service from all was amazing. The room itself was a treat, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was both delicious and the view was perfect!

It was a little expensive, but I knew what i was paying and I got a great experience.

The location was great and we had a perfect view of the sea and Positano from our terrace. Everyone who worked there was helpful, courteous, and kind. The hotel itself was charming and quaint. The daily breakfast was a real treat. In short, it was wonderful.

The one and only thing that isn’t perfect about Casa Albertina is the 70 steps up to get there. However, without them, there wouldn’t be the beautiful view, so it’s worth it
