Villa Palumbo exceeded our expectations!! The room, the facilities, and most of all, the staff !! Very attentive, helpful, and accommodating with our needs and beyond!! Could not say enough of positive things about this place and its family operating business... we had a personal emergency situation after checking out of the Villa Palumbo.... the owner and the staff went above and beyond to help us out ... highly recommended!!

The location was great for walking into town. The bus stop is close, which can take you to neighbouring Sorrento and Almalfi. The staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast on the balcony is great.

No real issues, the location may not be for everyone, due to stairs or hill climbs.

Upon arrival we had a bottle of “welcome prosecco” which was a pleasant surprise! We opted for breakfast in our room on the balcony where the view was amazing! We were so pleased with the breakfast. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map showing stairs vs the road and gave several dining options. The bed was oh so comfortable and the room was spotless. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our first stay in Italy! Grazie Villa Palumbo❤️🇮🇹

There’s absolutely nothing not to like. If you don’t prefer a lot of walking, there is a bus stop very close by.

Everything about Villa Palumbo was absolutely magnificent. The view from the balcony was breathtaking — waking up each morning to the stunning sights of Positano felt like a dream. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a warm, welcoming energy. The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay — always going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable.

Honestly, there wasn’t anything to dislike. Everything exceeded our expectations.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing always having a bright smile on their faces. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Positano to enjoy the Italian hospitality. The hotel is well connected to two bus stops which are just stone throw away.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Villa Palumbo. The view is simply stunning — waking up to it every morning was a real treat. One of the highlights was enjoying breakfast on the balcony each day; the food was delicious, especially the croissants! Our room was clean, cozy and well-maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the towels were always fresh and soft — all the little comforts were well taken care of. What really made our stay exceptional was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness. A special mention goes to how they handled a situation that meant a lot to me: I had accidentally left behind a necklace that holds great sentimental value, and the staff not only found it but also helped arrange for it to be sent back to me. Their kindness and attentiveness truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their help. I would wholeheartedly recommend Villa Palumbo — you won’t regret staying here!

Everything about our stay here was amazing! The location is great, just a short walk to some of the best restaurants and 500m to the long-term car parks. The room was spacious and the large patio meant there was plenty of space to spread out. The view from the patio was incredible and we were able to have breakfast there every morning which is the best way to start the day. The breakfasts were great and included pastries, fruit, cereal yoghurt and coffee. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

The location was perfect! It is on the main road so it was accessible if you’re taking a taxi to or from the property. Loved the balcony off of the room, it was nice to just sit and relax and enjoy the view— just make sure you apply mosquito repellent first. Breakfast was great, they had a lot to choose from, and you can even have it delivered to your room if you wanted. The room looked small at first but it turned out to be just enough for us and our 4 luggages. Staff was very nice and helpful! We’ll definitely be back with our family next time. Would highly recommend!

Impeccable! This bnb is absolutely stunning. Great views, wonderful staff, and an overwhelming huge spread for breakfast included in your stay. You can choose to eat from your room or their dining area with magnificent views from every room. Huge upgraded and modernized bath area. 5min walk down the steps to the center for shopping. Close to grocert store and wine shop if youre feeling a little lazy to go to the center to find food and drinks. Great accommodation with really good price compared to a standard hotel room. A must stay! Highly recommend.

I could not recommend staying at Villa Palumbo enough! The service was excellent from the moment we checked in - we were shown to our room and given complementary prosecco and water to enjoy on the wonderful terrace. The views from the hotel are wonderful. We only wish we had booked a longer stay! We opted to have breakfast brought to our room to have on the terrace, and it arrived very quickly. The breakfast included a variety of meats, cheeses, croissants, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, juice, cappuccinos per our request, and other bread items. Everything was lovely!

The beds were not very comfortable, but it seems that is a common issue in Europe in general.
