proximity to beach, cheap price for good value

staff were rude in the restaurant, always rushing during meals. staircase up to the property is an inevitable pain

The staff was impeccable! Mario greeted us and was very accommodating, he helped us with directions, how to get around, called for luggage porter and even checked on tickets for the Blue Grotto. The breakfast buffet was a huge spread, so we had dinner at the hotel both nights with live music! Highly recommend the filet and eggplant parm fabulous! The wait staff is fantastic, from David, Fredrica, Jonathan and our Sommelier. We loved having wine on the outdoor restaurant patio and balcony of our room, the view was incredible and gorgeous at night with twinkling lights. Mario upgraded our room because not many people this time of year, the room and the view was phenomenal, it was everything you imagine Amalfi coast to be!

Spacious rooms and good value for money. The pool is dated but really nice. We had a good stay in summer. The location is a bit up the hill but the Sita bus stop Is close buy just like local eateries with a fraction of the price from the main area in Positano. Overall good stay

Hotel would really benefit from a renovation. But nothing to compromise a great holidays in Positano Breakfast is great, the only improvement would be the replenishment of food that sometimes was quite slow.

The breakfast was basic, but enough for our needs.

Even though it seems to be close to the city center, keep in mind there is many stairs to go down to the beach. For us it was a bit exhausting pass it everyday so it needs to be considered when booking it, especially during summertime.

the location was amazing and right in the middle of positano, gorgeous view and great restaurants all around. 20 minute walk down to the main beach.

We were not aware that the two bedroom apartment would have one nice luxury bed and the other would be a small pull out with a very thin mattress. Having the second bed upgraded to match the first one would make this property a 10/10!

Staff were helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from plus juices and a coffee styles. Had a wonderful view from our room. The room was very quiet, clean, nice and comfortable. The hotel could store our tandem bike. The location was high enough to be close to the SS163 for easy access with the bike, and a doable walk down to the marina and back. We were surprised that, at dinner in the on site restaurant, shorts are not allowed. However, there's a great local restaurant with normal prices and good traditional food a short walk uphill.

Somewhere in lower Positano, a DJ had music cranked up that went on until midnight at least. The AC fan in our room was too noisy to be able to shut the windows we couldn't shut the windows. After the DJ stopped it was really quite easy to sleep.

A beautiful hotel however the rooms need updating. Furniture was a little old and worn. Breakfast room and hallways looked tired and more signage for directions to navigate levels definitely needed.

Help from staff. They arranged a driver for us and packed us a breakfast because we had to leave early.

Location. Since we arrived by ferry the hotel was not easy to reach and difficult to locate. In Positano it is necessary to climb many, many steps up the hill in order to reach the level where cars and buses are available. We had to ask many shop keepers to help us find out about an internal bus. We just happened to see a small sign advertising the hotel from the bus window. We had to climb many steps down to find the hotel. The hotel’s location was inconvenient for our needs. We carried our own bags to our room.

Excellent location on the top of Positano - so it is a walk to town and beach, but we’ll worth it. First, during the walk through the hidden alley ways you get to explore Positano. Second, be Ayse it is on top, you have fantastic views.

Furniture and room amenities like A/C are outdated, so it feels a little run down. it this is compensated by great staff and the overall value of the place!
