This property was absolutely incredible!! Pro that it is away from the tourists, but con it is a bit of a steep walk, so be prepared! However, the staff, facilities, and overall quality of the stay was just incredible. The breakfast in the morning was probably our favorite part, fresh coffee, fruits, pastries, the whole nine yards!! The absolute best part was the views. Absolutely stunning!!

Would have to say the only downside is the walk to/from the center. It’s not terribly long, but so steep. If you’re not a great walker, would recommend booking taxi, Vespa, porter, etc.

We had a wonderful stay, breakfast is great with a beautiful view from the terrace, but the best part was the lovely staff, friendly and welcoming, with great recommendations, always happy to help. Location is perfect too with multiple routes to choose from to the beach and pier.

Our appartement had a bit of a musty smell we couldn't air out, probably because upstairs only had one small window, but it wasn't too disturbing, and probably less of a problem in the summer when the weather is warmer.

Where do we start. The view from our room was breathtaking! We woke up and went to bed to a view of the coast. The customer service was amazing. From the time of booking until we checked out, Amalia was so friendly and helpful. She helped with recommendations, setting up transfers from the airport and being a smiling face to welcome us each day. The breakfast was great way to start the day. It was more than just pastries.

We were a family of 3 and the room was a little smaller than I hoped but that just Amalfi for you with our American expectations. The space was just fine though and they did a good job optimizing the space. We never felt squeezed in.

It’s located right on the main street of Positano, so, coming/going, esp with our car, was great. They had parking right at the hotel!! What really made this experience valuable was the staff! Especially Amalia at reception was the best of the best. They are all local to Positano snd now everything about the town and surroundings, had excellent recommendations

There us only two little things that made us give a 9 instead of 10 rating: Smell of the bathroom (musty smell) and lack of gluten free options for breakfast.

We loved everything about Florida residence. We had a large apartment actually too large for two people but fantatitic. It had a comfortable bed, decent bathroom, kitchenette, and a beautiful terrace overlooking Positano. The lady at the front desk, I want to say her name is Emiliana, I apologize if it is not, I should’ve written it down, was amazing! Super friendly, super helpful with area. She has a great personality. Florida Residence is very lucky to have her. The breakfast was great. Very large selection, warm and cold. Fresh juice, scrambled eggs, fried prosciutto, and fresh pastries, and croissants. You can even get an omelette made fresh. The gentleman who worked the breakfast area was very friendly, didn’t speak a lot of English, but was very sweet. Oh, I almost forgot the very sweet older woman who drove us on the golf cart to our lunch at San Pietro was a hoot. aAgain didn’t speak a lot of English, but was very sweet. Everybody in town knew her, that was a treat.

The room, balcony, rooftop terrace with sunbeds and small pool, view on all Positano, just amazing ! Extremly friendly staff, really tasty breakfast, bread, eggs, sweets and delicious coffe - everything you need to start Perfect day! Very helpfull to arrange everything to help you out, very close to residence is some amazing restaurants to eat, good price and tasty food. Close, bit more private beach with sunbeds that was recommended at the reception. Thank you!

Staff: Very helpful and welcoming. Showed us the map of Positano and explained how to get to the main area. Also explained the different transport systems to get back to Napoli (which is tricky). Facility: Very clean and fresh. Really nice rainfall/fountain shower and bed was comfortable. Water in fridge and drinks (soda/beer - at a cost) in fridge. Beautiful views from room 27 (with balcony) and breakfast area on top floor. Location: Located in quiet area, restaurants nearby and "interno" orange bus stop just 2 mins away which brings you to the main area (shops/restaurants/bars/beach) for 1.80 per person. Will definitely be back!!

Can't fault much with Florida Residence. Room 27 is located just beside reception and can be a small bit noisy with people passing through the hallway. Breakfast options was brilliant and delicious but the bacon/scrambled eggs/sausages were a bit cold.

The rooms were lovely. The bathroom and specifically the shower was a dream best setup ever. And by far the best balcony of our trip with amazing views and so big. The staff were great. The breakfast was perfect and had everything you could need.

It’ll be hard to find a location for accommodation that doesn’t require lots of stairs or up hill walking but for us this was fine and compared to other spots it wasn’t that far to walk to the beach or town. There was always the option for bike,car or bus.

Incredible views both day and night! The view from our balcony was stunning and you could spend hours up on the large roof terrace - breakfast is also served up there in a shaded area which was delightful in a morning. There is such a good breakfast food selection and proper coffees! The staff are so lovely and really want to help you with restaurant recommendations and taxis to the airport. It is is a little bit of a walk (5-10 mins) to get right down to the harbour front but we were so pleasantly surprised with how many nice restaurants there are around the hotel as well as lovely shops and it’s much nicer being a bit further away from the crowds and to have the view from a higher up position, it’s actually a perfect location. The little swimming pool is a nice bonus if you fancy a quick cool off and the mini bar is replenished daily with water and beer and we had fresh towels daily too. There is also a motorbike rental shop right opposite which was perfect as we hired a scooter for a day from there. 100% recommend for the value for money considering some of the prices of other hotels in Positano.

loved where it was. Worth paying the extra for the sea view. Great they park your car on site. Good breakfast. Easy walk down into the centre. You can do as many or as little stairs as there’s the road. Quiet even though on a main road. Comfortable bed. 2nd night as they were full we were given the apartment. It’s very big with a different entrance. It’s just fine and even includes a washer. This is not a 4 star resort but it’s everything g you will need and comfortable and has air con. Staff are just great. Good stay
