Unmatched, beautiful views from the sundeck, restaurant, and family hotel room. Amazing service from the Conca restaurant staff during breakfast, and the breakfast is fantastic - the best out of all the hotels we went to during our Italy and France trip. A bit away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, but it only took about 10 min to walk to it, and you can go straight down the stairs to Fornillo Beach in 5 min and then walk along the water to get to the ferry port and main part of Positano, which was easy to navigate. Our room was gorgeous and straight out of an Italian movie. Lovely plush robes, many towels given, and extremely clean. We enjoyed the lounge chairs and pool from the roof sundeck twice and had delicious room service for lunch once. When our pre-paid car to the airport didn't show up, they helped in ordering us a new one ASAP. We had a bad hotel experience in Ischia and wished we had come over earlier to this hotel!

Our room with balcony was excellent. We didn’t sleep the first night because we were very cold. We managed to get blankets the next day. We loved the breakfasts at a neighbouring hotel. Be prepared for stairs and back street adventures.

I thought we were booking a hotel with staff. There are no staff here and the arrangements for check in and out are all very poorly explained. We booked in at one hotel, found it by accident. They closed the next day though. Then our new arrangements were with the hotel where we had breakfast. Nothing is ever well explained, you find things out in a haphazard fashion but the staff are all very friendly and lovely.

Staff was awesome, even given off season!! Parked at recommended parking facility unafiliated with room. They were helpful at connecting us with staff at the Hotel. They assisted with luggage. They dept our vehicle and items left in the car secure!! The breakfast was cooded and served by the hostess as she was excellent!! the view and location were beautiful!! We will return, for sure!!

A bit of construction close by but that is to be expected during off season. The workers were very conscience.

The property as villa is very beautiful and spacious super clean. The view from balcony is superb and the room had spa tub in living room only with balcony view and we really enjoyed. The villa has access to private beach just 500 steps with almost no crowd and we as family enjoyed a lot. The breakfast staff also helped us with vegan food. The owner is very helpful and guided boat tour for capri. Overall experience was pleasant and memorable.

Such a nice hotel definitely book here! Very affordable compared to other hotels in positano. Spacious terrace and fridge, very Italian feel room with the tiles on floor and in bathroom. Bath robes and slippers included. This hotel is a small sister hotel to a larger hotel up the road, which is where you have breakfast. We were allowed to use the terrace of the larger hotel which had sunloungers and a jacuzzi. The breakfast was AMAZING, waiters take coffee orders then the rest is buffet. When trying to get there we used google maps and it took us a very difficult way with lots of steps, then when walking back down to the town for dinner we found a much easier route. When coming that route back up from the town it was only a 10ish minute walk with 1 set of stairs so not difficult. I would definitely stay here again if i was to come back to positano. Access to the bigger hotel made the experience feel very luxury.

Difficult to find initially

The place is really nice with good breakfest given in a sister hotel La Bizantina 10 min walk.

The location as shown in Booking is wrong. It was shown that the place is on a road far from the built area. In addition, we did not get any direction before arriving and headed to the location mentioned in the application. Only after calling them we got directions and someone assistd us finding the place. So getting there was complicated. Please correct the map and please send arrival instruction to guests, in advance.

Really clean and charming room, the breakfast was amazing and very plentiful. It was served at la bizantine another hotel owned by the family. Hotel is well located on the west side of town with no road noise, between the top and bottom of town so nothing is too fare. Seeing Positano in March was amazing. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

The second room didn’t have any windows.

The room was beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were all incredible. We had an amazing view from our balcony. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our honeymoon!

No full length mirror in our room and the bathroom lighting was not good for doing makeup.

The staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful. The room was beautiful and as pictured. The breakfast in the morning was a good spread, too. The local bus stop is right at the bottom of the stairs which made going down to the beach area very easy.

There were no clear directions on how to get from the ferry port to the hotel. We used google maps and it was a nightmare ending with tears and hurting legs. When arriving to the street of the hotel there was only 1 sign. You have to go inside the building that have the restaurant name, not the hotel name. We passed it going up and down the stairs twice. An email from the hotel the day before arriving with the best way to get to the hotel would have been greatly appreciated.

Hani was amazing!! We got turned around on the way and another hotel called her and she met us where we were. We decided to upgrade our room and it was the BEST decision! We spent so much time relaxing on the balcony, watching the water glisten and the sun set. Hani went above and beyond any staff member I've met before. She told us excellent spots to buy items, eat, and gave her number to help if we needed anything and we did! She made reservations, made a special breakfast for my friends allergies, handled our last minute upgrade, and overall was a star part of making Positano a wonderful experience for us.

I might have missed it at booking, and this is purely nitpicking, but breakfast was at a sister property around the corner. The food and view from breakfast was wonderful but it should be noted in the booking more clearly.
