the room was perfect, lots of room for bags and to stretch out and relax. the balcony had some great views and very comfortable. the bathroom was the biggest I've had any Italian hotel the hosts were also amazing, very informative on how to find the hotel and when we arrived they gave all the insights for the local restaurants and sights the breakfast was nice with fresh coffee being made to order and each morning there was perfect weather to accompany the atmosphere. there's laundry service which was very much needed for us and was a lot less than I expected for the amount they cleaned as they charged by the laundry bag rather than per item which I was used to from some hotel chains the hotel is a short climb down the stairs to the beach and links to port along a beautiful coastal walk

Not the fault of this accommodation and just a FYI for other tourists not aware that there are SO many small steps to get to most accomodation places and if you have multiple large suitcases that can be an inconvenience so highly recommend organising a porter service ahead of time (which was offered by the host) and it was 15 euro per bag!

The staff were very welcoming. The views from the balcony were beautiful. The room was clean and the pillows were so comfortable - i have been meaning to ask where they are from! Cute cats around too! Breakfast had all the essentials.

Wish there was a supermarket nearby (you would have to go back down to town and up all the stairs again to find one!) Many many steps but i was expecting it - don't stay here if you do not want to do the steps or have heavy luggage and don't use a porter. The toilet seat was broken but this was fixed halfway through my stay. When you shower, the whole bathroom floor and toilet seat etc get wet which was a little annoying.

The property is 30 mins walk uphill from the port. Totally doable without bags if you use the porter service. Enzo met and greeted us at the street entrance so he could guide us to the hotel. Our room was located at a different location from the main building. The rooms are simple and clean. Breakfast was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and shops close to the hotel

Too many stairs to go to breakfast every day from our room which was located in a different building up the street. On the other hand, it was more convenient to access to main street.

Beautiful place very close to the centre of Positano. Easy to find, many restaurants near by (make sure to ask Enzo for recommendations) and close to the best beach in Positano. Good breakfast including selection of cheese and ham, toast, different croissants, pancakes, fruits, tomatoes, eggs, jam, cake and more. Clean and quiet. Enzo was very welcoming and gave us great tipa for our stay in Positano.

We had an incredible stay at the hotel, thanks to the excellent service and personalized attention from the owners. Nothing, everything was perfect.

We loved everything. The view was amazing. Everything was perfect except we booked a room with balcony, and paid for it; however when we arrived, our room did not have a balcony or access to the terrace, as was said on the booking. Everything else besides that was perfect. The breakfast was amazing, and the view while having breakfast was breathtaking.

The breakfast was wonderful and there were plenty of options to eat. There is a nice view of the ocean. The staff and owners of the property were very friendly and were very nice to my husband while we were away at our hike. The room had all the basic needs. There is only 1 road going in an out of Positano and in areas only goes one way. If you have walking issues you are best to stay at one of the hotels on the main road. My husband found it very difficult because of all the step and this hotel is not on the major road.

There are quite a bit of steps to get to the property, but this is not the hotels fault. With accessibility issue or lots of luggage this location would be very difficult to get to.

A nice view of the water from the balcony. Room was a large size which was great. Breakfast provided each morning was great - a nice variety of options! Staff were also very lovely.

Shower floor waste was blocked so our bathroom flooded the first night. They unclogged it but it did the same thing again on our last night. Bed could’ve used a better blanket, it was a bit thin. Would’ve also preferred to not be in the first room near reception given how much noise we heard.

Enzo and the entire staff were wonderful and accommodating in every way. We loved the location and having the beach at the bottom of the stairs was perfect for some relaxation and swimming in the beautiful weather.

Beds could be a bit more comfortable. Room was a bit small, but had a lovely view and we managed just fine. Plenty of towels, beach towels, toiletries etc. There is also a stocked fridge for purchasing snacks etc. and a safe in the room if you want to store your personal documents etc,
