We were greeted at the door literally steps from the bus from Sorento. The room we were given was perfect. Incredible view, tons of room. The free breakfast, brought to our room by a woman with the kind of energy you want to be greeted with in the am, was more than enough to give you what you needed to get out and start exploring. I loved being away from the crowds that are closer to the beach. The local shuttle ran regularly, again STEPS from the hotel. We would walk down to experience Positano stairs then shuttle back. Less than 2 euro per trip tickets avaiable at most convience stores. Another plus was the best restaurant we experienced * Ristorante Pizzeria C'era Una Volta* sadly on our last night or we would have been regulars. 80 m from the hotel. Little store on the right has all the basics you need. Wine, fruit, coke zero. The views from the top are amazing, loved watching the traffic, loved walking down the stairs to the tourist area. This was a score. Don't hesitate booking this one.

We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Love the people, the location, the view. Everything.

Room and premises, quite good, with a touch of elegance

Views are not what expected, beware of arriving with a car, they have parking but is a rip-off they charged me 95 euros a day, the fridge in the room was not working, they insisted it was ok, the pictures show a jacuzzi, but it was empty, the answer, end of season,!!!!!

The host Signora and her team are amazing. Everything was superb from our arrival to departure. Our stay here exceeded all expectations and really made our first time on the Amalfi Coast special. Nothing is too much bother. From the car transfer to and from Positano center to help and advice for tours. Our room was beautiful and very clean, with a lovely private terrace and amazing view of the Mediterranean. Thank you again to Signora and the staff. I would also like to thank you Mario who was very helpful and made our three days stayed in Positano very enjoyable. I would certainly stay again when I come back to Positano!

Very big rooms, spacious, clean, quite renovated and really nice view from the balcony, many reviews stated that the location was not great since it is at the top of the hill and you have to go upstairs from the beach, however i think this was actually positive as it is right next to the bus stop as well as grocery stores and fairly priced/authentic Italian restaurants and not as crowded/touristic. The reception is 24h and the staff were nice and welcoming. It’s also really nice they bring the breakfast to the room so you can enjoy the terrace.

The staff didn’t really speak English so the communication was a bit difficult. The breakfast was as poor as people said in the comments, there were only croissants and omelet as solid options and limited to 1 per person. They also took down our credit card info despite having paid beforehand saying “its just a formality” which we found quite odd. The jacuzzi was closed.

Palazzo Marzolli change the reservation to the La Caravella di Positano, one of their property partners, which was an outstanding lucky upgrade! The room had a fantastic view to the Positano houses built on the side of the mountain and a view to the main beach. The location was just a short walk from the pier. The best room that I stayed in my Italy trip!

They advertise breakfast included. This should be removed as what was offered was not considered breakfast. They need to upgrade beds as they are as hard as a rock

It was wonderful villa with amazing view! Personal was so supportive, breakfasts every morning was delivered to our room without any additional charges. Management helped us with everything what we needed - recommendations, helpful advises, etc.

We found that 300m from the sea - it is not very close, unfortunately. We had 20 min of hiking to reach out room every day😅 After we arrived during check in we found in our room a lot of ants 🐜, but personnel brought some chemicals and problem was resolved quickly.

I loved staying here, I booked a two bedroom suite and it was exactly as pictured, the views were amazing, we were very comfortable, we had plenty of space for 3 girls. We had a great continental breakfast delivered every morning that was included in our reservation. The staff was super kind and sweet, we were instantly welcomed and anything and everything we asked for was answered and fulfilled completely. I would definitely recommend and I would stay here again on my next visit to Positano.

beautiful hotel with large balcony providing stunning panoramic views of the sea from our charming suite …we were greeted with amazing hospitality from a wonderful family who owns and runs the hotel and provided us with a most memorable stay as I celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday with her on this very special mom/daughter trip! Highly recommend to others looking for a comfortable and classy way to vacation in Positano !
