We booked Posa Posa for our honeymoon and it was the most wonderful stay! From the moment we were greeted at the front desk, we were meet to feel extremely welcome and we were so impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the room and the incredible views! We had breakfast at the hotel each morning which we always enjoyed and had dinner in the restaurant on our second night - it was one of the finest meals we’ve ever had! Would recommend to any other couple who are looking to stay here for a special occasion!

AMAZING views from the room and the restaurant. Staff are all nice and helpful. Luggage service offered bringing our bags from the port straight to the hotel. Very comfy bed.

Super Expensive place all round just didn’t equal what we got as the room was dated and the Tv didn’t work but they charge for the views. Little more direct help with getting to the hotel, notifying us we must pay for the bus in advance at a shop would have helped us as we got rejected and had to get a $40 taxi. Bathroom was dated, broken tap hard to turn off Cover on shower drain missing making it sharp General dated dirty looking bathroom. Restaurant food was nice but highly expensive compared to anywhere in Positano. Breakfast was basic and not enjoyable. Solarium was a very small pool in the roof.

They let us leave the luggage in the morning before check in, which was handy to enjoy the day at the beach. The 24h open reception is also very handy. Although the parking is managed by other company, they make sure there is a parking spot for the hotel guests which is handy (you still have to pay 50€/day though). Breakfast was awesome with a perfect view over Positano.

The balcony was a little bit dirty but we had a nice view.

The location of this hotel could not have been more perfect! We saw the views of Positano from everywhere but the vista from our balcony was more beautiful and dramatic than any other view. The food at the restaurant is exceptionally good and the dining patio has excellent views. If a few raindrops fall it's easy to move under the solid awning and still enjoy the great views. The breakfast was quite good and the servers were very responsive. Our room was clean and spacious. And the facilities were definitely above average

Yes i like it. We got a nice big room with an amazing view. Everything was great.

The only issue was lack of information regarding mini bar at our room. We thought it was for free like any other hotels we went in Italy. I understand every hotels has different policies. But it wouldn’t hurt to inform customers. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel. Room 505 was gorgeous.

I love his hotel, its not the newest , but has charm and is well maintained. The view is excellent , all over the bay. The restaurant was good and again the view is exceptional with good humored staff who male you feel at home. I particularly like the house red wine !. I was on the the floor and my balcony was great for relaxing. a very central location.

The hotel is still a climb up lots of stairs from the beach, this is just the way it is in this location. A tip is to divert slightly and just walk up the road rather than the steps. There is nothing I dislike about the hotel, maybe a discount on parking , it was 60Euro a day

Thank you for accomodating us last minute. This hotel is a classic Italian style with gold furnishings, white walls and tiled floors. It has been around but is greatly maintained. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels were clean. The views from our room was just beautiful. It was lovely to wake up to. The reception and staff are all friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious and you get to enjoy it on the top floor with a spectacular view. It was hard to leave but we will definitely be back..

The breakfast was horrible starting from the espresso!! Tasted like paper. Not even croissants not one dish tasted at least decent. The power generator in half of Positano went down unexpectedly for more than 2 hours and when it came on the AC didn’t work for the whole night and it was very hot I couldn’t sleep. And also WiFi and cell phone reception didn’t work until the next morning.

The front desk staff were all courtesy and sweet. Especially Maria. She was very friendly and accommodating.

I did not like the location of the hotel. You should have a free shuttle down to the beach (like my hotel in Sorrento). I have friends who are coming to Positano but I cannot recommend your hotel because of the walking distance to the beach. You need to be in very good physical shape to climb back up.

Staff (Maria & Julio) were extremely helpful with advice on restaurants & obtaining drivers. Location was great——close to excellent restaurants & the bus stop was a few feet away. Positano is a perfect location so one can go on to Amalfi & Ravello or to Sorrento & Pompeii.

Restaurant chair moving above my ceiling was a bit loud.
