We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The views over the port and coastline were absolutely stunning, I could have sat on the balcony all day just soaking it in. The service was exceptional from start to finish; every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made us feel truly welcome. And the breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh options to start the day perfectly.

If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the daytime and evening menu choices. Everything we tried was nice, but I did miss having some classic pizza or pasta options to enjoy while soaking in those gorgeous views. It’s Italy after all should taste they be on the menu?

"I'm here to breathe the scent of the Sea" and that's exactly what we did!! :) Loved the food, the location, but mostly the amazing team at Lorelei Londres! Everyone was just wonderful. The front desk team was always available to help, answer questions, assist in transportation requests - Thank you Maria, Daniele, Duana, and Giuseppe. The breakfast was delicious and we looked forward to seeing Valentina, Elda, and Antonino each morning at breakfast service. The rooms were beautiful with amazing views and the housekeeping team was awesome - Thank you Pina, Giovanna, Emma, and Maria Teresa! We had the pleasure of having dinner in the restaurant, absolutely delicious - Thank you Giovanna, Sasha, and Chef Ciro! The hotel has the most amazing views so it was wonderful each evening to spend time at The Sunset Bar enjoying a cocktail and the beautiful sunset - Thank you Marco and Antonio! Fantastic location with spectacular views, in a quiet area only a few minutes walk from the centre of Sorrento. The staff were both helpful and welcoming. Bar food was slightly pricey but excellent. We appreciated the flexibility of a picnic breakfast when we had to go out early one day for a trip to Pompeii.

The lack of an indoor lounge other than a cellar bar with no view of the beautiful coastline. Not a problem when weather is fine but we had two days rain. There are rooms on the ground floor but these are for the exclusive use of the Michelin starred restaurant. Linked to the lack of indoor seating, a second chair in the room would be useful. Our room had a few minor electrical and plumbing issues, which didnt trouble us unduly but which I wouldnt have expected for a 5 star hotel.

The staff! Staff made the experience what it was, from the welcoming and helpful front desk, to the wait staff at all the dining options, and the housekeepers. Our room was cleaned twice daily, always fresh towels, and they kept the complimentary water and espresso pods stocked. Highly recommend the dining options. Staff very attentive and food was great. Breakfast included in stay was plentiful and a great start to the day. The Fine dining dinner option did not disappoint, easily made a reservation through the front desk.

Location is spectacular — views of the tenure Bay of Napoli from Capri to Mt Vesuvius — from a breathtaking perch on the top of the sea-side cliffs. Our room view was one of the best we’ve ever had anywhere!! And the room is serene, super-clean, contemporary with a few sweet Italian vintage touches — like the bathroom sink! Perfect! Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the main pedestrian walkways of Sorrento and all the shops and restaurants but far enough away that there is absolutely no street noise to be heard. And the staff! They are all simply wonderful — engaged, professional, informed and helpful. And let’s not forget to mention the restaurant! Although we did not partake of the Michelin-starred evening dining, their breakfasts were absolutely top-notch and served with friendly, warm style by Valentina, Sasha and the rest of the group. Could not ask for a better experience.

Only one thing: we were awakened every morning between 7:00-7:30 by a rumbling/rolling sound from the upstairs corridor — sounded like heavy rolling carts. In the beautifully marbled corridors, the sound reverberated for a good 3 or 4 minutes. Probably the sound of early-departing guests rolling their heavy suitcases down the hall. It was the only negative thing we experienced during our 5 day stay — not enough to take any points off!!!

The room was spacious & the view was breathtaking. The bathroom was large as well. coffee capsules weren't good, would recommend to replace by Nespresso capsules. They have a good breakfast options

The hotel was noisy. Guests with kids didn't care for other guests as their kids were shouting & slapping the doors. Also the housekeepers were loud at early time. There was sound of trolly all over starting from morning to mid-night. The menu options were limited as it's the same for room service, bar & beach club! I would recommend to add more options.

The hotel staff was amazing from the first minute we checked in. We mentioned it was our 50th wedding anniversary and they sent up a complimentary bottle of champagne for us. We were very touched. The breakfast was delicious and it was nice to be able to order entree as well. The views from the hotel were so amazing! All and all one of the nicest hotels we'd ever stayed in.

Wonderful stay, great staff, good food, rooms are beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the small boutique feel.

Only negative (if it matters) is if you’re in for an event/wedding and don’t want to walk and get sweaty, it’s a short taxi to the main center (about 20 euros one way) but we liked being away from the hustle and bustle of the main square.

Views were stunning. Absolutely incredible location. Vincenzo the Colonnade Bar manager was beyond accommodating and made the time at the bar/restaurant truly enjoyable. His staff were fantastic as well.

Only issue, and it would have been tolerable if we hadn’t needed to get up early for our flight the next morning, was our room’s proximity to the restaurant in the hotel. We could hear everything and it made falling asleep an issue.

This hotel is located in the area with breathtaking view on the coast and sea. This is worth everything. It has got a very good restaurant and bar. Rooms are well air conditioned, comfortable and clean. My room had a tarrace with whirpool that made my stay more enjoable and relaxing. In the sunbath area down the cliff you can get sunbeds with towels for free. There is a bar with everything you want. You can get into the sea directly from the small pier on the wharf. Water is amazing clean and warm.

There was a huge storm one night. The sunbeds from my tarrace were blown away simply dissapeared. So, after that the staff didn't pay much attention to get everything immediately back in order and clean. I didn't get another sunbeds without asking. The same with having breakfast outside. That is a good thing. But after the storm the hotel didn't make everything ready for the breakfast outside althought the weather was perfect. This is 5 star hotel. And it is important in case of facing troubles to act immediately for the customer's satisfaction. The lift was out of order for 2 days. Weird.
