The location ,the room with balcony have nice views and one off staff didn’t know English

The cleaning there were ants in the bathroom ,no tissue or clothes iron and no water boiler also late check in at 4pm very early check out at 10 in the morning and took deposits for the safety box

The hotel was really great. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful roof top patio. Easy walk to old city, lemon groves, restaurants, shops etc. Nice breakfast room and lots of breakfast choices. Room was bright and very comfortable. We had a balcony toward the ocean, and the evening views were stunning. Though with the roof top patio, the balcony may not be necessary.

By North American standards, very small shower, though not the smallest we had. Otherwise no complaints.

The location was fabulous. Very central and close to everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good and I was catered for well with gluten free options. Plenty of choice and I just asked for GF bread each day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned each day and left tidy. The air con worked well and we slept well. Blankets were available in the wardrobe. There was plenty of space for our clothes....as we were staying for 10 nights we needed this.

The lift was terminally slow The shower room ceiling needed some attention The pillows probably could have done with replacing

In one of the images there is a view of a pool but there was no pool there for you to swim 🥴

-quiet location near restaurants, railway station etc. -clean and modern -breakfast ok, loved the chocolate croissants!

-booked a room without balcony, because there is a roof top terrace, but there was NO mention on hotels home page, that it is open from May till October (I was there on April and it was very warm). -if you have a bicycle, choose another hotel - there is no safe place to keep it.

Lovely bedroom, great breakfast selection in a large, bright, queit room. Helpful and friendly staff. Few mins walk from the town centre. The room downstairs to leave luggage and get changed/freshened up was very handy.

The luggage storage room is open to all guests so not locked away and secured but we had no issues leaving pur things there for the day. The bed seemed smaller and not as comfortable as other hotels we stayed in.

The hotel is 10 minutes walk distance from the city centre and 15 minutes walk from the port. The restaurant in the hotel offers dinner. The dinner options are limited but it is a big portion and very tasty. After the tourist trap restaurants in the centre, we decided to have dinner in the hotel and it was a good decision. The staff in the restaurant and at the reception is nice and friendly.

It was not possible to switch off the air conditioner completely so sometimes it was a bit cold during the night although we chose 26 degree and if we opened the window, we could hear the motorcycles from the street. One night there was a big noise in the neighbour room, at least 6 people were shouting until 3 AM and the guy at the reception was not able to manage the situation.

The location of this hotel was not too bad of a walk into the main areas of Sorrento. Once we arrived at the hotel we did not need to take a taxi anywhere. The room was quite large for Italy and the balcony was nice to have. I highly recommend the restaurant across the street that is a lemon/orange farm.

It was very noisy. Motorcycles driving by all night long. It didnt really bother me but my sister commented on it. Other guests or the hotel staff could also be heard throughout the night.

Location was perfect, close to everything and just down the road from the train station. Wasn't loud at night also Breakfast was great, a little bit of everything plus the breakfast staff were lovely. Reception we're very helpful. Amazing view from the rooftop. Overall if we are ever back in this direction we would happily stay again.

Bed was a little hard, We were that tired by the end of all our travelling and running around each day that it didn't matter and still had a decent night's sleep. The plugs are EU "L"sockets, not your classic EU socket, so be sure to pack the right adapter.

the location of the hotel is good - especially if you come by taxi, bus, train...if you come to the port then it's tiring because it's up the hill; taxi in Sorrento is very expensive. The area, where the hotel is located is beautiful. Room / toilet are clean, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is very good.

the size of the bed - pretty narrow. bed and cushions not very comfortable (for me).
