The location ,the room with balcony have nice views and one off staff didn’t know English

The cleaning there were ants in the bathroom ,no tissue or clothes iron and no water boiler also late check in at 4pm very early check out at 10 in the morning and took deposits for the safety box

We had a great stay at this hotel! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning – a full panorama of Mount Vesuvius. Room was on the 5th floor, and it was very spacious with comfortable beds. It was nice and quiet, and there was enough space to store clothes. The bathroom was a bit worn, but everything worked well and it was functional. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was very convenient – close to the port and the train station. Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was a big plus. Would definitely recommend!

There were just a few small things missing in the room, like a kettle or some basic cutlery. The hairdryer didn’t work properly, and the toilet flush sometimes got stuck. From time to time, you could hear chairs being dragged around on the rooftop bar above. Breakfasts were tasty, but after a week they started to feel a bit repetitive. There were some vegetables, but they were in such small quantities that they disappeared quickly. That said, these were only minor issues and didn’t really affect the overall experience.

The hotel was really great. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful roof top patio. Easy walk to old city, lemon groves, restaurants, shops etc. Nice breakfast room and lots of breakfast choices. Room was bright and very comfortable. We had a balcony toward the ocean, and the evening views were stunning. Though with the roof top patio, the balcony may not be necessary.

By North American standards, very small shower, though not the smallest we had. Otherwise no complaints.

I chose the hotel based on prior reviews, particularly highlighting the cleanliness and location of the rooms. We were not disappointed, the room was spot clean and spacious, with ample storage and working AC. Amazing view from the 5th floor on the ocean, overlooking the bay, it was amazing to spend time on the balcony for sunsets. Alternatively the 6th floor outdoor was pretty nice with sun lounge and a bar. Location is a short stroll from the Train station and the Piazza Tasso, plenty of restaurants access including one just down the road (La Limonaia). Staff very nice and helpful, prompt check-in/out. Wifi very strong.

The location was fabulous. Very central and close to everything we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good and I was catered for well with gluten free options. Plenty of choice and I just asked for GF bread each day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our rooms were cleaned each day and left tidy. The air con worked well and we slept well. Blankets were available in the wardrobe. There was plenty of space for our clothes....as we were staying for 10 nights we needed this.

The lift was terminally slow The shower room ceiling needed some attention The pillows probably could have done with replacing

The property is VERY close to the train station. No need for a taxi. We did take a taxi from the station to the hotel and it was 30E and then we realized it was just a couple blocks to walk. Walk to the ferry was easily done as well (except for the stairs from the upper street to the ferry level…we are all above 70). The lunch and dinner they offered was reasonable and very good. Talk to the desk staff to reserve.

-quiet location near restaurants, railway station etc. -clean and modern -breakfast ok, loved the chocolate croissants!

-booked a room without balcony, because there is a roof top terrace, but there was NO mention on hotels home page, that it is open from May till October (I was there on April and it was very warm). -if you have a bicycle, choose another hotel - there is no safe place to keep it.

Lovely bedroom, great breakfast selection in a large, bright, queit room. Helpful and friendly staff. Few mins walk from the town centre. The room downstairs to leave luggage and get changed/freshened up was very handy.

The luggage storage room is open to all guests so not locked away and secured but we had no issues leaving pur things there for the day. The bed seemed smaller and not as comfortable as other hotels we stayed in.

The location of this hotel was not too bad of a walk into the main areas of Sorrento. Once we arrived at the hotel we did not need to take a taxi anywhere. The room was quite large for Italy and the balcony was nice to have. I highly recommend the restaurant across the street that is a lemon/orange farm.

It was very noisy. Motorcycles driving by all night long. It didnt really bother me but my sister commented on it. Other guests or the hotel staff could also be heard throughout the night.
