The location of this property was very handy and we were able to access most places we wanted to go with in about 10/ 15 minutes. The apartments were big and nice for our group of 6 people as they opened up a middle door between the 2 apartments so we could all be together. The staff at reception were always very nice when we entered/ left the building.

Unfortunately we did have some items go missing during our stay (money and AirPods) and although I can’t confirm exactly what happened these items belonged to 4 different people and were noticed missing all on the same day. We did let the staff know but they said they would not deal with it with out a police report and we were leaving Sorrento so did not have time. This was a shame as everything else about the stay was great - I would just advise you keep all your valuables on you.

Rooms are capacious considering Europe. Was nice considering we were visiting from US and struggled with room sizes. Location is great . Walking distance to town with really nice local shops to explore and experience the culture . They have the same management as grand hotel Rivera and you can book access to pool and beach, it’s a 2-3 min walk. You can rent vespa and electric bikes from near the hotel. The host was very kind and accommodating.

No iron in the room . You have to go to the laundry room to iron. There is onsite laundry but the drier is not worth much . I hand to hang my clothes out to dry after using the drier 🫤.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We were welcomed by Raffaella who had our room ready and check-in was very quick. We were taken up to our room and was given a tour of all facilities within the room. The room was clean, plenty of towels and toiletries such as shower gel, hand wash and body wash was also provided. The room was cleaned the following day with fresh towels provided. The location was good as well as it is only a 10 min walk to the main strip within Sorrento where you have lots of food places and took us 15ish minutes to walk to the Marina. There are lots of other restaurants and shops within walking distance as well. The property also has parking which for 15 Euros a night is really cheap in comparison to parking in other car parks which charge nearly 40 to 50 euros a night. You are given a key to access the car parking which is fully secured by a gate. The entrance to the car park is slightly tight. I had a rental car which was a DS7 SUV and I managed to park with no issues however my car was nearly as wide as the entrance and I had an inch either side of the car so I would only recommend parking here if you have a smaller car than a DS7 unless you are a really good driver else you will scrape the wall. There is a laundry room which you can use to iron clothes or wash them. I believe washing them there maybe a small charge of a Euro or 2 but I cannot say as I didn't use the washer but I noticed a coin slot on them. The use of the iron has no charge. Communication by the apartment was very good as I messaged them prior to my arrival and they were helpful and friendly which this positive customer service continued from check-in to check-out. Overall it was a really good stay, clean room, comfortable bed, all facilities were working, hidden kitchen within the apartment as well. A nice balcony which is peaceful just to sit and enjoy the weather as well. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect nice and clean suite, the staff was very helpful and very polite with us especially Raffaella “morning shift” she is very very helpful and polite to us, also Jani “night shift” he was super fantastic For sure will visit Rota suite again

Rota Suites is in a great location. Just 5mins walk to the main Piazza and Station. Kitchenette was fantastic as we had own stove to cook, toaster, Kettle and Fridge. Supermarket is a short walk up the road. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would stay there again in a flash.

Convenient location

I would have preferred a larger place for a week stay, but this was not the fault of Rota Suites. No Netflix Had to pay to wash clothes or use the iron.

Suite was spacious. We have four in our family with 4 big bags. Ample space for 4 of us. We did not realise it until we went to another city with a family room.

Location could have been better. Needed to walk a bit for food. To go to the ferry terminal, had to take a cab. My son is in a wheelchair, so it was a challenge. The staff and the room more than made up for it.

A clean, modern property in a good location in Sorrento. The staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms have a small kitchenette so you can cook, which is a nice option too.
