Our stay at Villa Rosa was nothing short of perfect. The charming apartments are ideally located just outside the bustling town centre of Sorrento, offering a peaceful and comfortable retreat while still being close to all the action. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by our wonderful hosts, Monica and Julia—and of course, their friendly dog Leo. Their hospitality immediately made us feel at home. Our room, complete with a private terrace, had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The comfortable bed, spotless and refreshing shower, well-equipped kitchenette, and the secluded terrace with a dining area all contributed to a memorable stay. Despite some other reviews mentioning noise, we found it incredibly quiet and restful. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Villa Rosa again and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Sorrento.

The owners Monica and Guilia couldn’t have been sweeter or more helpful. From carrying our luggage to our rooms, not only giving us a very detailed map, but also pointing out several of their favorite restaurants and shops. Our departure day was postponed due to terrible storms with thunder and lightning. We were able to extend our stay and and as the storm continued, Monica and her friend drove us to the marina, took us to the ticket office and again carried our luggage into the ferry. Oh and did I mention the third partner, Leon. The cutest little terrier guardian. We had a suite. Kitchenette/ living area. Comfortable memory foam beds, nice bedding. Housekeeping daily. Great views. Soccer stadium on one side of the apartment, lemon grove in the other.

The bathroom could use updating

The room was clean and tastefully decorated. The views were pretty and the location is close to the city center, but far enough to be quiet at night. It was like having our own private apartment. The staff are kind and accommodating. They were available when needed, but not intrusive. This is easily the best place I’ve stayed in Europe.

Parking is a small issue. They have private parking, though, which was nice.

I had a lovely 5 day stay at Villa Rosa with my 2 daughters. The owners are so friendly and helpful while still leaving you to get on with your holiday. They gave us lots of information about things to do and places to eat. They also booked me a taxi back to the airport. The accommodation was clean and had everything we needed. It's in a less busy area but still an easy walk to the shops, bars and restaurants, the Port for boat trips, the train station and the beaches. There is also parking although we felt we didn't need a car. We would 100% recommend Villa Rosa for a self catering stay and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The room and the balcony were a great size. Blackouts worked really well. Very safe and secure place with our hire car secured behind electronic security gates. Easy walk into town. Excellent value for money. Above all the helpfulness of the staff. Gave us great information about what to see and how to do it and when I stupidly left behind an item of camera equipment they were extremely kind in posting it to my UK address. Can't praise them highly enough!

Nothing. It was above and beyond what we were expecting in this location and at this price.

A lovely quiet villa, not far - within walking distance - from Piazza Tasso, the train station and the port for Capri. A big advantage is that there is parking for your car, given the huge problem of finding parking in the city. The hostess Monica and and her daughter Giulia were wonderful - always ready to help and give advice. The rooms are cleaned every day. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Sorrento was a lovely surprise. The accomodation has all you need and is very close to the city center, train station and the port. The room is very big with a little kitchen where you can make coffee/tea and breakfast. I think we've had the most confortable bed and pillows since we travel. The hosts are very nice and helpul, they gave us all the information about where to eat and what to visit. The room was cleaned daily and the towels were changed every other day. We would return here. Highly recommend it.

The only thing that bother us at the beginning of our stay was the fact that the room is poorly isolated and the windows are next to a noisy street. So we had a bad sleep a couple of nights. But after, we started to get used to the noise :D.

Very good location, not far from the city center and restaurants, just a short 10 min. walking. The lady who wellcomed us and his daughter were all the time with the smile on theirs faces, even the dog, Leo, was very cute. The room were cleaned every day and the patio was very usefull to drink the coffee every morning or to drink something after the dinner (even in October was a nice temperture, around 27-28 Celsius degrees). I recommend the property.

The furniture could be a little bit refurbished.

A wonderful welcome by the hosts. Lovely property with a patio, beautiful gardens and very comfortable bed. Apartment well equipped and housekeeping excellent. Within walking distance to the centre of Sorrento. Excellent stay .

Could not find a fault. When needed more tea or anything else the hosts were happy to provide. A wonderful calm place to come back to after busy sightseeing days

Spotlessly clean and lovely room with a small kitchenette, excellent amenities, instant coffee and snacks. There's a nice patio for morning coffee or evening wine. Walkable to in-town shops and restaurants. We were surprised to find the room was cleaned while we were out after only one night. Most places don't do that anymore unless you request and pay for it. Nice bonus!

We loved everything; however, the bed was firmer than we are used to.
