The hotel staff, location, rooms, services, cleanness are all perfect. Has a nice rooftop with amazing view. The hotel is just less than 1 km from the old city. It has everything close-by. The hotel is in front of the most popular restaurant. We enjoyed dining there, had the chance to do it twice even if the line is usually 200 meters long :-) We enjoyed our stay. The rooms are simple but good. If you are sensitive to noise, ask for the garden side view.

Comfortable and clean. Great welcome and service throughout our stay. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were staying here and the hotel organised flowers and wine for us, which was wonderful. Good location to walk to the main town area, both new and old, plus easy enough to walk to the harbour area and then along the coast to get the lift back up to street level. Good pool and sun-beds to relax on, and a great rooftop bar to sit, relax and watch the sunset over the horizon. Parking is available onsite too, which you have to pay for.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the maids changed the towels daily. Lovely small pool area and a great rooftop terrace with beautiful views. The breakfast was great with a wide range to choose from. There is a cracking little bar on the corner, next to the hotel called the Banana Split and a restaurant opposite the hotel, which was lovely.. beware, though, as you have to queue to get in, and the line is long, but it's worth it. The hotel is a 10 - 15 min walk to the main square/street where there are plenty of bars/restaurants/shops. There are plenty near the hotel also, which are cheaper and just as good, but the main square & street have a great ambience .. Sorrento is beautiful, so nice we've booked to go back next May !

Not much we didn't like about it, If I had to say anything negative, the pool was small and got crowded in the afternoons so we went to the rooftop terrace where there were sunbeds & a shower to cool off, we'd be on our own up there. The bar didn't open until 6 up there, but we just took water up with us.

Communication with hotel was good When sunny the room had a good view…unfortunately rain prevented use of pool A little noisy at night as it is across lane from police station - however it was also across lane from great restaurant Breakfast food was good, but lacked ambience in breakfast room…would benefit from background music…also lobby space/bar was exceedingly quiet! Staff were welcoming, friendly and plentiful.

Location was great, walking distance to everything, close to restaurants and main square. Very clean hotel, excellent staff. Pool is a bonus. Rooftop bar has spectacular views. All in all, great hotel for the price.

Pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. Did ask at reception and to be fair the lady did try to sort but spare Pillows were same. Minor problem if you don't mind hard pillows ...noticed a bedding shop very nearby on last day! Would have bought a pillow to suit me if I'd have found it sooner 😆 FYI. It's located as follows: turn left at hotel entrance, next right, cross road and it's short bit down on left.

Staff were extremely helpful and kind, breakfast had everything you'd need and location of the hotel was perfect for accessing the town centre, train and port.

When we arrived our first night, there was an issue with the toilet continuously filling with water, which led to a disruptive night of sleep. However, once staff were notified the following morning, the problem was promptly fixed.

Close to centre and restaurants and like rooftop view most of staff very friendly and helpful.

That rooftop bar not open and although advertised restaurant not available.. didn't like blankets need quilts... noisy if in room at front of hotel.

Beautiful hotel, outstanding location. Close to the heart of Sorrento. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Great little bar on the end of the road, supermarket and laundromats only 10 minute walk away. I had to make a last minute booking and the check in process was very seamless and staff were nice.

Make sure if you’re a couple you specifically request double bed or you may end up with two singles. Other than that I can’t fault it.

We have stayed in many hotels in Sorrento and this was one of the best! The staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. We arrived to find that the balcony to one of our rooms was in the sun (during a heatwave) and requested to move to a room with a balcony in the shade and this was arranged promptly. The views from our balconies were wonderful and our rooms were very clean and well laid out. The beds were comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool during the day and the roof top bar in the evenings. The hotel is very well located, only a few minutes walk from Sorrento station and a further few minutes to Piazza Tasso. We would definitely stay here again.

We would have liked a kettle in our rooms.

Loved the location the bar upstairs was great with a lovely view and good music. All the reception staff were friendly.

There were damp stains in our room, the eggs Benedict for breakfast was all wrong, using tartar sauce instead of Hollandaise sauce and the bread was soggy and eggs undercooked. The pool was freezing even on a very hot day. The shower cubicle was really small and with the shower being quite powerful it drenched the bathroom.
